Role Description We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant who will serve as our sales team's technical counterpart. This candidate will help with sales meetings, scope client requirements, and run product demonstrations. The Solutions Consulting team also provides product knowledge support to the Sales Team as part of presales discussions for new and existing customers. This role requires you to work during US business hours, Monday through Friday. What would you do if hired? - Comfortable working with external clients, handling a variety of different tasks simultaneously, prioritizing open issues, and managing multiple deadlines. - Work independently and as part of a larger team, utilizing your industry experience and creativity in crafting cloud integration solutions for multiple eCommerce systems, including but not limited to most ERPs, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, eBay, QuickBooks, Zoho, Zuora, and Amazon ecosystems. - Contribute and develop sales enablement collateral and presentations for our products and solutions, providing critical support to our Sales Representatives. - Be the voice of the customer internally, helping shape our products. - Offer feedback to our Product Engineering team on current trends and product enhancement planning. - Determine the optimal way to position our products and services in the market. Qualifications - Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility at all levels of a customer organization. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. - Problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions. - Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, evolving business environment. Requirements - Prior experience or involvement in sales or other customer-facing roles. - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or other related disciplines. - At least three years of combined industry experience in at least one of the following areas: enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, sales engineering/solution consulting. - Prior experience with an ERP. Oracle NetSuite, SAP (Business One, By Design, or S4 HANA), and Microsoft (Dynamics or F&O) are preferred. - Prior experience administering a multichannel online eCommerce environment, including but not limited to 3PL, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Amazon, Shopify, Magento. - Experience with complex workflow automation, integrations between cloud applications, or between cloud and on-premise applications. - Understanding of integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, EDI, Databases, Data Warehousing, API Publication, and Web Services. - Prior experience with Integration or iPaaS Solution (Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft, etc.). - Multi-language speaker preference beyond English for (Spanish, Portuguese, German, or French).
