Role Description Estamos en búsqueda de: Platform Engineer / DevOps Azure (GenAI & Kubernetes) - Diseñar, construir y operar plataformas cloud-native sobre Azure, garantizando estabilidad, seguridad y escalabilidad en entornos productivos. - Administrar y evolucionar clústeres Kubernetes en producción, aplicando buenas prácticas de alta disponibilidad, seguridad y observabilidad. - Diseñar e implementar pipelines CI/CD para despliegue continuo de microservicios y soluciones basadas en APIs. - Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo y arquitectura para habilitar entornos de ejecución para soluciones GenAI/LLM bajo estándares corporativos y regulatorios. - Implementar soluciones de observabilidad distribuida y monitorización mediante OpenTelemetry. - Asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos normativos y de seguridad en entornos cloud regulados. Qualifications - Entre 4 y 6 años de experiencia en platform engineering, DevOps, SRE o cloud engineering (Azure, AWS o GCP), con al menos 2 años en entornos productivos y mínimo 6 meses en entornos GenAI/LLM o especialización demostrable. - Experiencia en entornos con altos requisitos de cumplimiento normativo (banca, seguros, utilities, sector público u otros regulados). - Experiencia real operando Kubernetes en producción (AKS, EKS o GKE). - Experiencia sólida en Azure, especialmente en servicios core de plataforma. - Experiencia diseñando e implementando pipelines CI/CD con GitHub Actions o Azure DevOps. - Conocimiento práctico de Azure Container Registry (ACR), Azure Key Vault y Microsoft Entra ID para gestión de identidades. - Experiencia con OpenTelemetry y diseño de soluciones de observabilidad distribuida. - Experiencia en despliegue de microservicios con Docker y patrones cloud-native. - Conocimientos de networking cloud y seguridad básica (TLS, control de egress, segmentación de red, RBAC). - Dominio de Python, especialmente con FastAPI o frameworks equivalentes para construcción de APIs y middleware. Requirements - Deseables: - Experiencia previa trabajando con equipos de arquitectura o habilitación de plataformas internas. - Conocimientos adicionales en prácticas SRE y automatización avanzada. - Certificaciones cloud (Azure, Kubernetes o similares). Role Description This is a hybrid infrastructure and AI operations role — part traditional DevOps, part emerging AgentOps discipline. The DevOps/AgentOps Engineer owns the CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, observability stack, and deployment automation for both the application platform and the AI agent layer. They work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Full-Stack and Backend engineers, guide and learn from KMS's build process, and own the shared services infrastructure on the Revelation Pharma side. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who wants to define how a modern health-AI platform is built, deployed, and monitored from day one. Qualifications - AWS Infrastructure (Expert): Deep hands-on experience with IAM policy design, VPC networking, KMS encryption, CloudWatch/CloudTrail, and at least 3 of: HealthLake, Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, ECS/Fargate, S3, Clean Rooms. - Infrastructure-as-Code (Expert): Production experience with Terraform or AWS CDK. - CI/CD & Deployment (Expert): End-to-end pipeline design (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, or equivalent). - Observability & Monitoring (Strong): Production experience building observability stacks. - Security & Compliance (Strong): HIPAA technical safeguard implementation experience. - Agent/AI Operations (Developing to Strong): Experience deploying and monitoring LLM-based systems in production.
