Key Responsibilities - Industry-Focused Sales Execution: - Drive revenue growth by aligning sales strategies with industry-specific trends, challenges, and opportunities across verticals such as healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and public sector. - Own the full lifecycle of strategic pursuits—from ideation to close—across F500 global accounts. - Lead and execute high-velocity sales motions that feed into transformational opportunities. - Operate with a founder’s mindset: build, iterate, and scale growth programs with minimal friction. - OEM Partnership Development: - Build and strengthen strategic relationships with OEMs and technology partners to co-create go-to-market initiatives, expand solution offerings, and accelerate growth within industry verticals. - Team Leadership & Development: - Lead and mentor a team of sales leaders and account executives focused on solution selling and customer success within their respective industries. - Serve as a strategic advisor to client managers, helping them evolve into transformational sellers. - Client Engagement: - Serve as a senior point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring alignment between client needs and NTT’s portfolio of services and solutions. - Matrixed Collaboration: - Operate effectively within a large, matrixed organization—partnering across business units, geographies, and functions to drive alignment and execution. - Cross-Functional Coordination: - Collaborate with marketing, product, delivery, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies and client solutions. - Performance Management: - Establish clear KPIs and accountability frameworks to drive predictable execution and continuous improvement. - Sales Enablement & Transformation: - Support transformation initiatives within the sales organization, including enablement, training, and adoption of modern sales methodologies. - Culture & Values: - Champion NTT’s High-Performance Culture, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity.
