Role Description Enzari Creations is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support Enzari Creations' growth and innovation. You will partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and drive a seamless recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a creative and forward-thinking company while advancing your career in talent acquisition. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. - Collaborate with hiring managers to develop clear job descriptions and candidate profiles. - Leverage multiple sourcing channels to build a diverse and qualified candidate pool. - Maintain recruitment data and candidate records in the applicant tracking system. - Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate effective communication between candidates and hiring teams. - Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Recruiter or in talent acquisition. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.

• Completing Recruitment Marketing tasks and learning the marketing industry • Lead project to launch new social media channels and enhance existing ones • Learn and execute Landing Page Design • Work with campaign deployment and optimization

• Source and attract candidates for senior-level and hard-to-fill positions through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, and social media • Build, maintain, and continuously develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates • Proactively identify, approach, and engage passive candidates • Conduct market mapping and talent research for key business-critical roles • Apply Boolean search, X-Ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify relevant talent pools • Create personalized and compelling outreach messages to increase candidate engagement and response rates • Continuously analyze, test, and optimize sourcing strategies and outreach approaches • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
