Role Description Under the direct supervision of the Collections Supervisor or Manager, the Accounts Receivable Representative II is responsible for effective and efficient accounts receivable management of assigned payers. Collections efforts on outstanding accounts include: - Telephone contact with payers - Working collection reports and correspondence - Auditing accounts - Appealing denied claims as necessary - Updating accounts as necessary - Identifying carrier-related denial trends - Meeting departmental productivity standards Accounts Receivable Representative II will also coordinate the transfer of patient responsibility and work accounts that require additional insurance collection follow-up. • Support Operational Excellence (OpEx) initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function to improve recruiting workflows and operational efficiency • Assist with data cleanup, validation, and standardization within recruiting systems and CRM platforms • Assist in evaluating and implementing AI-enabled tools and automation to improve recruiting processes and candidate engagement

• Proactively source new locum tenens opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and market research • Identify and engage key decision-makers (e.g., medical directors, practice managers, HR leaders, credentialing teams) • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities • Conduct initial needs assessments to understand facility staffing gaps and timelines • Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to align candidates with client needs • Track all activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM (e.g. Phenom, Workday) • Stay informed on market trends, specialty demand, and competitive landscape • Support contract negotiations and handoff to account management when appropriate • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sourcing and pipeline generation targets

• Lead the domestic ASC 740 income tax provision, including annual provision preparation, review, and documentation. • Manage the preparation, technical review, and filing of all domestic income tax returns, including the consolidated federal return and applicable state and local filings. • Oversee the calculation, review, and submission of Federal, State, and Local estimated tax payments and extension filings. • Manage the preparation and filing of sales & use tax, property tax, gross receipts tax, business privilege and mercantile tax and other tax filings. • Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and other internal stakeholders to obtain accurate and timely data, ensure proper tax adjustment calculations, and develop a thorough understanding of the book accounting treatment of tax-sensitive items. • Identify, analyze, and resolve tax issues; including responding to tax notices, audits, and inquiries from federal and state taxing authorities. • Oversee the timely preparation, review, and distribution of K-1s. • Provide leadership, supervision, and ongoing mentorship. • Coordinate with and manage work performed by external tax advisors. • Coordinate and assist with the IRS and state tax examinations, including information gathering, response preparation, and audit resolution. • Monitor changes in tax law and assess impacts to the organization; communicate implications and planning opportunities as appropriate. • Other duties as assigned.

• Overall ownership for the ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of technology solutions focused on the Record to Report and Procure-to-Pay Value Streams • Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve financial outcomes • Partner with Finance stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to improve application efficiency, monitor performance, coordinate downtime activities, and recommend process enhancements. • Drive the deployment of new features and system maintenance, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met successfully • Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes, and capabilities • Drive and facilitate discussions between Finance points of contact and BT service owners, ensuring the right people are involved at the right time on the right topics

• The Identity & Access Manager is responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing a comprehensive Identity and Access Management (IAM) function across North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA). • Establish IAM strategy, governance, processes, and technology to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access to systems, applications, and data in a regulated healthcare environment. • Design and implement NAPA’s IAM strategy, roadmap, and governance model. • Build and manage identity lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver). • Implement role-based and least-privilege access controls. • Lead deployment of SSO, MFA, and federation technologies. • Establish access certification and audit-ready access review processes. • Implement and manage privileged access management (PAM) controls. • Integrate IAM solutions with HR systems, ITSM, and enterprise applications. • Partner with Security, Compliance, Audit, and Clinical IT stakeholders. • Develop IAM operational procedures, KPIs, and reporting. • Serve as IAM subject matter expert for incidents and initiatives.

• Use coding skills to review clinical documentation to accurately code for anesthesia services • Retrieve information from hospital EMR systems to resolve coding questions to support offshore vendors • Work daily tasks/edits in billing system • Review medical record documentation to identify correct coding based on billing and payor guidelines • Research, analyze and respond to inquiries regarding compliance and inappropriate coding denials • Retrieve missing patient documentation required for accurate billing • Work task queues within various systems • Support offshore vendor coding questions • Recommend vendor education based on tasks reviewed
