Avive Solutions
• Drive enterprise growth through distribution channel by supporting and influencing National Sales organization • Partner with distributor’s National Account team on strategic opportunities • Responsible for training of the National Account team • Ensure effective solution positioning in large, complex deals • Serve as product and solution expert in customer engagements • Build and manage joint pipeline view with distributor’s national account team • Identify target accounts and whitespace opportunities • Drive inclusion in qualified opportunities through engagement with sellers • Track and report on pipeline influence and progression • Deliver targeted enablement to distributor enterprise reps • Partner with internal Enterprise and Distribution Leadership
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic accounts or enterprise channel sales
- Proven track record of supporting or closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience working with large distributors or indirect sales models
- Experience working alongside field sales teams (e.g., NAMs, Strategic Account Executives)
- Proven ability to support and influence complex enterprise deals
- Executive presence with strong communication and presentation skills

Role Description The Design Manager (DM) at Stream Data Centers leads external design resources on a project and/or campus to deliver design documentation suitable for construction. DMs ensure that project execution teams are adhering to the SDC Design and Construction Standards, customer lease criteria, and site-specific adaptation demands. The design manager will need to understand the constraints and needs of all disciplines within a data center and guide design teams on the best multi-disciplinary approach. Design Managers will also oversee project design costs and contracting; setting and adhering to project budgets and overseeing design change management. Responsibilities - Oversee the design teams and project deliverables for all projects within a region/campus. - Ensure projects adhere to the Design and Construction Standards (DACS) along all supplemental tenant criteria. - Administer design team contracts for scope of services and deliverables compliance. - Participate in weekly design meetings with consultants and Stream team members. - Engage with internal subject matter experts to provide technical direction to the design team. - Actively engage with procurement team members to define project equipment needs and ensure OFCI order accuracy. - Collaborate with the technical sales group to define customer specific project requirements. - Organize and manage design document reviews with Stream SMEs and construction team members at project milestones for comment and review. - Collaborate with the project specific third-party project managers for design direction. - Visit jobsites periodically during construction to monitor design implementation in the field. - Attend and participate in OAC meetings during construction. - Monitor shop drawing and RFI logs and ensure design team responsiveness. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience. - 5-10 years of relevant experience in a design project management role. - Strong working knowledge of architectural, civil, structural and MEP/FP design constraints. - Knowledge of applicable building regulations, standards, best practices, and applicable codes. - Ability to read and understand project drawings, specifications, and submittals. - Experience in developing, managing, and understanding design schedules and design workflow. - Ability to travel to jobsite locations. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and SharePoint experience.
