Qualifications - Completed training in electrical engineering, medical technology, mechatronics, or a comparable technical qualification. - Proven experience in field service engineering, experience in coordinating the group team departments. - Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of laboratory diagnostic equipment, ideally within the medical technology or laboratory sector. - Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand and diagnose complex systems. - A self-motivated, solution-focused approach and a high degree of personal initiative. - Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both when engaging with clients and collaborating within a team environment. - Willingness to travel extensively across Italy and flexibility to support a variety of customer sites as required. - Solid IT proficiency, including MS Office, service software, and experience with laboratory or practice information systems. - A full Italy driving licence (Category B) is essential.
