• Support roadmap planning and execution across core Ascend platform initiatives. • Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories. • Partner with Engineering and Design through discovery, build, launch, and iteration. • Help prioritize backlog items based on impact, effort, and business goals. • Coordinate cross-functional execution with Product, Data, Commercial, and Customer Success. • Track product performance and adoption metrics; surface insights and recommendations. • Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to inform feature improvements. • Maintain strong product documentation, release notes, and internal enablement materials. • Support UAT, rollout readiness, and post-launch follow-up.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in product operations, analytics, consulting, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and execution skills; able to manage multiple workstreams.
- Comfortable writing requirements and collaborating with technical teams.
- Data-informed mindset with ability to interpret metrics and turn insights into action.
- Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
