• Own the strategy, vision and roadmap for both the API-as-a-product programme — engaging stakeholders across engineering, commercial, and customer teams to define, validate and iterate it continuously. • Define and drive a consistent framework for API definition and management across three tiers: internal domain APIs, cross-NSEC internal APIs, and external APIs for customers, brokers, and third parties. • Make evidence-based prioritisation decisions, estimating effort and value of roadmap items using AI-powered estimation tools, and communicating trade-offs transparently with stakeholders. • Define and track key product outcomes — implementing dashboards for real-time performance visibility and using data to drive continuous improvement. • Build long-term stakeholder relationships, implementing communications strategies and influencing effectively to drive alignment and outcomes.

In this role, you will be joining Kardium’s Product Management team as a Senior Product Manager – Customer Success. You'll report to the Senior Director of Product Management and help drive our HD mapping and ablation system adoption by: - Identifying opportunities to increase customer utilization of the Globe PF System. - Developing, prioritizing, and driving initiatives to increase customer engagement and utilization of the Globe PF System. - Transforming the high-level vision of the product roadmap into prioritized, detailed User Needs and Business Needs in collaboration with other product managers. - Providing technical guidance on customer expectations relating to clinical electroanatomic mapping and advanced therapy workflows. - Defining User Needs, Business Needs, and Requirements for mapping and therapy workflows and best practices. - Defining User Needs, Business Needs, and Requirements for Clinical Specialist troubleshooting workflows using an AI-first approach. - Working closely with R&D teams to ensure optimal hardware, software, workflows, and functionality. - Using data to inform product decisions and maximize value for customers. - Anticipating and mitigating technical risks. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new mapping workflows and features to market. - Communicating product strategy and progress to internal stakeholders. - Staying current on industry trends and new technologies. - Traveling to meet with clients and stakeholders and attend trade shows and clinical/pre-clinical procedures. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent. - 7+ years of electrophysiology experience, including mapping. - 5+ years of EP lab experience with deep knowledge of industry products and advanced therapeutic strategies. - Experience translating product vision to requirements and supporting feature development. - Experience training or mentoring clinical field teams. - Experience leading development teams and mentoring designers is preferred. - Experience with Product Management or development is preferred. - Human Factors or UX experience is preferred. - Strong strategic and analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. - Ability to develop and implement operational procedures and processes. - Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to effectively present ideas and concepts, facilitating stakeholder buy-in.
