• The Product Owner defines, manages, and delivers digital product requirements that support business objectives and operational excellence in Manufacturing and Retail industries. • The role ensures a clear, prioritized backlog and strong alignment between business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users. • Operating at the intersection of product ownership, business analysis, and process optimization, the Product Owner guides solutions from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement. • Drive Impact: Your expertise will play a pivotal role in identifying, analyzing, and shaping business needs, ensuring that solutions deliver measurable value and improve end-to-end processes across domains. • Own the Product Direction: You will manage and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap, balancing business value, risks, dependencies, and operational constraints to drive informed decision-making. • Shape Solutions from Discovery to Delivery: You will lead discovery workshops, analyze AS-IS processes, and define optimized TO-BE solutions, translating complex needs into clear process flows, user journeys, and system interactions. • Bridge Business and IT: You will act as the connector between stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating collaboration, clarifying requirements, and ensuring shared understanding within cross-functional teams. • Translate Needs into Actionable Work: You will convert requirements into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios, ensuring alignment with the broader ecosystem and operational processes. • Enable Successful Delivery with Partners: You will collaborate with internal teams and external providers, preparing detailed requirement packages and validating delivered solutions against expectations. • Drive Adoption and Change: You will support stakeholders through UAT cycles, training, and communication, ensuring smooth adoption of new capabilities and embedding them into daily operations. • Ensure Continuous Improvement: You will provide ongoing application support, analyze recurring issues, and transform insights into enhancements that optimize processes and ensure long-term sustainability.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership and/or Business Analysis, with a proven record of delivering enterprise solutions and experience in context switching roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business context and translate it into actionable outcomes, with hands-on experience leading discovery activities, defining business processes, and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Strong background in evaluating solution alternatives (existing tools vs. custom development), making informed recommendations based on value, feasibility and cost.
  • Proven ability to autonomously transform complex business and process requirements into well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones.
  • Experience managing UAT cycles, coordinating stakeholders, and driving adoption across diverse user groups.
  • Strong operational mindset, including post-deployment support, user interaction management, and continuous improvement of applications and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.

Kardium’s mission is to deliver the best treatment for atrial fibrillation. To achieve this, we have developed The Globe® Pulsed Field System. We are now preparing for our upcoming commercial launch. In this role, you will be joining Kardium’s Product Management team as a Senior Product Manager – Customer Success. You'll report to the Senior Director of Product Management and help drive our HD mapping and ablation system adoption by: - Identifying opportunities to increase customer utilization of the Globe PF System. - Developing, prioritizing, and driving initiatives to increase customer engagement and utilization of the Globe PF System. - Transforming the high-level vision of the product roadmap into prioritized, detailed User Needs and Business Needs in collaboration with other product managers. - Providing technical guidance on customer expectations relating to clinical electroanatomic mapping and advanced therapy workflows. - Defining User Needs, Business Needs, and Requirements for mapping and therapy workflows and best practices. - Defining User Needs, Business Needs, and Requirements for Clinical Specialist troubleshooting workflows using an AI-first approach. - Working closely with R&D teams to ensure optimal hardware, software, workflows, and functionality. - Using data to inform product decisions and maximize value for customers. - Anticipating and mitigating technical risks. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new mapping workflows and features to market. - Communicating product strategy and progress to internal stakeholders. - Staying current on industry trends and new technologies. - Traveling to meet with clients and stakeholders and attend trade shows and clinical/pre-clinical procedures.
