• Design, build, and maintain SOX control automation that reduces manual work for IT and control owners, partnering with Compliance to define time-based and event-based triggers that keep controls executing correctly and on schedule. • Build API-driven integrations across our SaaS and infrastructure stack — Okta, Google Workspace, GitHub, AWS, and Atlassian — using Tray, Terraform, GAM, and codeless tooling where appropriate. • Extend our RBAC and access governance tooling, with a focus on automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement reviews. • Develop AI- and agent-based workflows that go beyond traditional scripting — building, evaluating, and operating LLM-powered agents (e.g., MCP servers, Claude Code sub-agents) for IT operations, monitoring, and remediation. • Extend existing workflow systems (Jira, GitHub, AWS) with automation touchpoints to eliminate manual handoffs, and recommend improvements to automations as they age. • Operate across the trinity of Tray, code (AWS Lambda), and AI — using judgment to graduate stable, low-touch workflows from low-code to code-first homes when the cost-benefit shifts, with AI as the leverage that makes the migration cheap. • Develop automated monitoring to detect and proactively self-remediate issues, and serve as a senior escalation point for the IT Operations team. • Maintain clear, current documentation for automation processes, agent behaviors, and integration patterns; mentor teammates on building scalable, observable automation. • Participate in on-call rotations.

• Lead two AI Ops Engineers — own their delivery, development, and day-to-day work • Prioritise efficiently — manage competing requests from multiple teams by applying a clear prioritisation framework you'll help develop and improve • Build and ship automations and agents that measurably improve how internal teams and customer-facing staff work • Keep the AI tooling stack healthy as usage scales across 2,500+ employees • Stay current on emerging AI tools and technologies - know what's hype and what's actually useful • Help refine AI training for the wider organisation, including Software Engineering teams

• Contribute to design reviews for the 5G SA Core lab-to-production transition • Build and execute integration test plans against core network functions • Validate IoT and consumer provisioning flows end-to-end • Build automation — primarily in Python — for repeatable testing, configuration, and post-deployment validation • Reduce manual toil in the lab→prod handoff • Partner with vendor engineers, internal NetOps, security, and product teams to triage and resolve integration defects • Troubleshoot from the device through the RAN to the core • Document runbooks, test artifacts, and automation so the work is auditable

Role Description We are currently searching for a Test Lead Automation: - Execute end-to-end regression testing for vendor releases, enhancements, and configuration changes across learning platforms. - Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in close partnership with business stakeholders. - Maintain, update, and execute automated test scripts specifically using Playwright. - Identify opportunities to expand automation coverage as platform capabilities evolve and analyze automation runs. - Communicate and track defects with vendors to ensure quick resolution and validate fixes across sandbox and production environments. - Document comprehensive test results, including defects and evidence, using Jira and qTest. - Provide secondary BSA support, including reviewing requirements and translating business needs into testable acceptance criteria. - Partner with the Technical Lead to identify test scenarios, potential risks, and edge cases early in the cycle. - Assist with basic ticket triage and coordinate vendor follow-ups as needed. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Test Lead with a strong focus on Automation. - Hands-on experience with Playwright for creating and executing automated regression scripts. - Expertise in Jira and qTest for defect tracking and test documentation. - Solid background in end-to-end regression and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Experience in Learning Systems or complex vendor-based platforms is highly valued. - Ability to provide BSA support, including requirement clarification and validation. - High ownership and proactive communication skills to raise risks early. - Advanced Oral English. - Advanced Spanish.
