Adopt best-in-class practices and be connected to the latest thinking through external RevOps and sales networks • Execute on flawless change management for new implementations while driving a culture of experimentation • Maintain the integrity and ongoing development of our CRM platform (Salesforce), along with its associated tools. • Assess the current technology stack, pinpointing chances to optimize and integrate systems for better data accuracy, reporting, and automation. • Lead knowledge transfer of tools and tech to ensure sales teams are maximising usage, efficiency and productivity. • Collaborate with IT and data teams to guarantee seamless integration, data governance, and security. • Design, Develop, Document and implement key sales end-to-end processes and owners • Design and launch processes, workflows, and automation that drive internal efficiencies and up-level the effectiveness of our teams to deliver greater value to our customers • Establish policy documentation for all sales ops topics including lead management, opportunity management, splits, account allocation, segmentation, etc • Define and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance, data integrity, and consistency. • Work closely with sales leaders and RevOps leaders on major change projects to ensure processes, documentation and tools are part of the change strategy • Manage and mentor a team of process analysts, sales technology experts, Salesforce administrators/engineers (ICs and Team Leads) • Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and performance. • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning. • Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and recognition. • Collaborate with other Revops leaders to deliver projects as one team, advocate for the requirements of other Revops teams in new projects and communicate early and widely

Job Requirements

  • Experience leading and managing technical or technical-adjacent teams in Revenue Operations as a Senior Manager, Director, or VP in a high-growth SaaS start-up or scale-up
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities, requiring strong project management and decision-making skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and driving high performance while being hands-on when required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply strategic thinking and collaborate with other GTM leaders to set and implement strategies for GTM success.
  • Deep understanding of managing and deploying key sales tools, including Salesforce, CPQ, Leandata, Outreach, Clari, LeadIQ, Zoominfo, Lusha, and 6Sense. If you haven’t used all of these tools - that’s fine - but will need ability to dig into new tools to understand at the ground level.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset that constantly seeks opportunities to enhance processes and workflows for GTM teams.
  • Solid business understanding with the ability to translate business needs into specific, workable requirements.

Role Description UT Southwestern Medical Center has an opportunity for a Supervisor, MSRDP Front End Revenue Cycle Department. The successful candidate will supervise the daily operations for the team. - Supervise approximately nine staff members. - Serve as a resource for the Departments of Allied Health Nutrition, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Radiology, Multi-Specialty, IVR (Interventional Radiology) and Adult/Pedi Genetics for all Medicine departments (Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Radiology, Emergency Medicine, Psychiatry and PM&R) in place of service UT Southwestern, CMC, Parkland & THR. - Monitor the teams assigned staff’s work queue activity, ensuring the queues are brought in within the expected 30-day metric. - Handle all denials trends/issues which have been elevated by their staff. - Validate the accuracy of the denial and research information submitted to determine the appropriate actions to resolve. - Perform informal audits on new employees and meet with each of their employees weekly to discuss their collection efforts. - Produce a production report which is sent to their staff daily. - Identify areas of deficiencies in their staff and ensure the appropriate training is provided to meet required expectations. - Maintain attendance records, mentor, coach, and prepare annual evaluation appraisals for each staff member. - Play an important part in the team’s ability to meet metrics and assist various Revenue Locations in meeting the financial goal of maintaining a collection rate of 95% or greater. - Work from home - Applicant must live in Texas, but does not need to live in the Greater DFW area. - Shift - Flex-shift, start time between 0600-0900. Role Description The Event Operations Manager is responsible for planning, producing, and executing operational components for assigned endurance events across the Ventures Endurance Events portfolio. This role supports events from initial planning and permitting through onsite execution and post-event closeout, working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, municipalities, and internal stakeholders. This role is remote, with preference given to candidates located in or near the Chicago region due to event density, operational needs, and proximity to Ventures Endurance Events warehouse and office. The Event Operations Manager reports to the Sr. Event Operations Manager and supports multiple brands and event types across the organization. Travel and weekend work are required. Role Description We are looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to build the analytical engine behind our go-to-market motion. You will own how we measure, forecast, and operate the funnel from first touch through renewal. You will partner directly with our Head of GTM and Head of Operations to turn data into decisions and decisions into pipeline. This is a foundational role with real ownership from day one. You will have the opportunity to build core revenue operations functions from scratch, design the operating rhythm, stand up the systems, and set the bar for how revenue operations gets done at RunSybil. If you want real ownership over how a company grows and the chance to shape GTM at a company defining the future of offensive security, this is your role. What You’ll Do - Own the full revenue operations function from day one, including pipeline, forecasting, reporting, and sales process design. - Build the GTM data layer from scratch by defining what we track, standing up the CRM, designing the dashboards, and making the number trustworthy. - Run the operating rhythm of pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and pipe jams, surfacing what needs action and driving it to follow-through. - Diagnose where the funnel breaks by analyzing conversion at each stage, by source, by rep, by segment, and partner with sales leadership on fixing it. - Forecast revenue, track actuals against targets, and run per-rep performance analysis on deal velocity, conversion, and win/loss trends. - Design the sales process alongside leadership, including opportunity criteria, stage gating, required fields, and DQ reasons that feed back to the product. - Spot where automation or tooling reduces friction for the GTM team and build it, whether that means an AI agent, a workflow, or a better report. Qualifications - 4+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, strategy, or GTM operations. - Highly quantitative and analytical with a track record of turning data into clear next steps for leadership. - Deep CRM expertise (Hubspot or Salesforce) and an understanding of how to design processes that reps will actually follow. - Builder’s instinct who sees a gap, builds the fix, and ships it without waiting for direction. - AI-native with hands-on experience using AI agents or automation tools as a first instinct in your work. - Startup experience with comfort in ambiguity, urgency, resourcing awareness, and the ability to figure it out when every week looks different.
