Sales Development Manager
RunSybilRunSybil is on a mission to automate hacker intuition. We’re building Sybil: an AI-driven pentester that discovers vulnerabilities before they’re exploited. Backed by strong investor support and early customer traction, our team is composed of experts from OpenAI, Meta, Mandiant, Palantir, Cruise, Trail of Bits, and Aptiv.
Role Description We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to build and lead sales development at RunSybil. This is our first sales development leadership hire. You will take inventory of what is working today, translate it into an engine and build the team behind it. This is a builder role first and a management role second. You will work with AEs, marketing and RevOps to design the outbound motion, from how we prospect and qualify to how we message and hand off to our account executives, and get it working before you start hiring. When you bring on SDRs, they will step into a function that already exists, with scripts and structure in place. You will work closely with the founders and GTM leadership on strategy, and help us decide where agentic SDR tooling earns its place and where we are better off adding people. This is an early-stage role with a lot of ownership and plenty of room to shape how we sell. If you like to build, you are willing to do the unglamorous work yourself, and you are excited about AI, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do - Build a data-driven outbound motion end to end: prospecting, qualification, messaging, and the handoff that turns a cold prospect into a sales-ready conversation. - Personally run outbound before you hire, so the playbook is proven by the time the first SDR starts. - Stand up the tracking and reporting that make top-of-funnel activity and pipeline clear as the team grows. - Partner with the founders, Head of GTM, RevOps, Marketing and account executives on messaging, positioning, and a clean handoff into closing. - Hire, onboard, and coach the SDR team once the motion works, and build the ramp and structure that get new reps to quota. - Evaluate agentic SDR and prospecting tools, and decide where automation wins and where headcount makes more sense. - Own the top-of-funnel numbers, and carry what you learn in the field back to GTM and product. Qualifications - Experience managing SDRs and/or inside sales reps, and a track record of building or rebuilding an outbound motion yourself. - A builder's instinct: you are comfortable doing the unglamorous work, and you will do it yourself before you have a team to hand it to. - Genuine excitement about AI and experience with AI automation. - Strength in creating process, with the ability to bring structure and accountability to a top of funnel that is growing fast. - Comfort operating without much direction, experience running experiments and data-driven decision making, ability to pivot and move quickly. - Ease around technical, opinionated buyers and founders, and the ability to coach reps who interact with them. - Security, infrastructure, or developer-tools experience is a plus. Our buyers are technical security teams, so knowing that world helps. Requirements - Location: US (Remote) Benefits - The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $120,000-$150,000. - In addition to base salary, we offer meaningful equity. We want everyone here to have ownership in what we're building. Company Description Diverse teams build better products. RunSybil is committed to hiring people who bring different perspectives, lived experiences, and backgrounds to our work. We encourage candidates of all races, ethnicities, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability or medical conditions, ages, religions, and socioeconomic backgrounds to apply. Marketing Coordinator
Role Description We are looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to own the operational backbone of our marketing function. You will keep campaigns moving, content shipping, data clean, and nothing slipping through the cracks. You will report to our Technical Marketing Manager and work side by side with real visibility into how a security company goes to market. This role comes with real mentorship built in. You will learn directly from the person running marketing, and the scope of what you own will grow as you do. This is also a startup, and we all wear a lot of hats. The work is hands-on and the surface area is wide. You will run the systems that make marketing work, and when you see something broken, slow, or stale, you fix it or flag it without waiting to be asked. If you want real ownership early in your career and a front row seat to how a go-to-market motion gets built, we want to hear from you. What You Will Do - Own campaign and email builds end to end, including emails, forms, workflows, and QA before anything goes live. - Run content publishing and scheduling across LinkedIn, the website, and email, coordinating calendars and getting approved assets out the door on time. - Own webinar and event logistics, including registration setup, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-up sequencing. - Keep the CRM and lists clean by pulling audience segments, importing lists, managing suppressions, and maintaining data hygiene. - Own reporting accuracy by making sure UTMs are tagged, dashboards validate correctly, and campaign data can be trusted. - Maintain sales enablement materials by flagging outdated decks, one-pagers, and talk tracks so nothing stale gets in front of a prospect. - Handle light design work, including deck updates and formatting materials for consistency. - Spot process gaps and friction before they become problems, and propose the fix. One Big Project Per Cycle Every month or two, you will take on one substantive project in an area you want to develop. That could be rebuilding a workflow, designing a webinar series, mapping the content library, or something you pitch yourself. We want this role to compound: the systems you build should make the next campaign easier, and the projects you take on should grow your range. Qualifications - 2 or more years of experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing operations, or campaign support role; technology experience is a plus, cybersecurity is not required. - Organized to an unusual degree: you track deadlines without being asked, you notice when something is off, and things don't fall through the cracks on your watch. - Detail-oriented with a habit of QA-ing your own work before sending it up the chain. - A builder's instinct: you ask why things work the way they do, see where a process could be better, and act on it. - Comfort working across a lot of surface area without losing focus on what matters most right now. - Startup sensibility: you move fast, treat company resources like your own, and do not wait to be told what to do. Nice to Have - Familiarity with a CRM like Reevo or HubSpot, a social media manager like Buffer, a website platform like Webflow, or basic reporting tools. - Any background in, or genuine curiosity about, cybersecurity. Location Remote or SF/NYC office. Compensation $75,000 - $95,000. In addition to base salary, we offer meaningful equity.
