Senior Identity and Access Governance Engineer

• Work collaboratively to craft and implement innovative solutions to complicated identity management problems including Role Based Access Control, Attribute Access Control, Segregation of Duties, Identity Analytics, Predictive provisioning, etc. • Aggregate and analyze identity and access data from multiple authoritative sources to drive governance decisions and remediation actions. • Drive strategic direction and evolution of identity governance processes for both cloud and cloud/hybrid-based systems. • Identify and resolve identity governance issues related to IAM technologies and tools, such as user directories, access control systems, various applications and single sign-on (SSO) solutions. • Assist in conducting risk assessments to evaluate the efficiency of existing controls and assess the impact of proposed changes to business processes, applications, and systems. • Collaborate with IT professionals and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize IAM support requests and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and effective manner. • Document and track IAM support requests and resolutions using ticketing systems and other tools. • Develop and maintain knowledge articles and documentation related to IAM support processes and procedures. • Work closely with external partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM system integrations.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in a computer science, Information Technology, or technology related field or Master’s degree with 6 years of experience.
- 5+ years of IAM experience, technical architecture integrating identity management solutions, or building of access governance processes for logical infrastructure solutions and applications.
- Proficient in various IDPs such as Active Directory, Azure, AWS or Google.
- Knowledgeable in IGA Platforms such as Saviynt, OKTA or Sailpoint.

Qualifications - Certified in Risk Adjustment Coding (CRC) with at least five (5) recent years of experience in HCC/Risk Adjustment and/or RADV Audit Methodology or related experience. - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. - Strong understanding of clinical terminology, disease processes, anatomy, and pharmacology. - Intermediate to advanced understanding of claims processing procedures, state and federal regulations, and Medicare Part D requirements. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a remote environment, and time management skills. - Prior success in managing small projects and teams and able to work on multiple client projects simultaneously, if needed. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality. - Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and able to draft reports and presentations and present findings. - Understands the importance of attorney-client privileged and confidential communication. - Willingness to travel when needed. - Willingness to perform a variety of skill-based tasks related to risk adjustment work. - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
