• Identify and prospect new partnerships that align with the company's business objectives in the dedicated region. • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in potential partner companies and maintain ongoing communication to ensure successful partnerships. • Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize results. • Negotiate and close partnership agreements with potential partners, ensuring the terms are favorable to both parties. • Manage existing partnerships, ensuring ongoing communication and effective collaboration to drive growth and value for both parties. • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in partner management or business development, with a focus on the DACH Region.
- Proven track record of acquiring and developing successful partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in German and English, or with additional languages such as Spanish, French and Dutch being a plus.
- Working knowledge of AI tools, capabilities, and limitations, with the ability to translate them into practical partner and customer value.
