Role Description We are looking for an experienced Mid Level User Researcher with strong GDS experience to join the multidisciplinary team on one of our most visible programmes. This is a 3 Month Contract role, with a chance of extension, designed for someone who enjoys working in complex, high social impact delivery environments. The role can is remote. We are ideally looking for someone who can start at the end of May. You’ll be delivering user research across a substantial GDS project, working closely with multidisciplinary teams on problems that are often complex, sensitive and fast‑moving. While the environment brings challenge and pressure, it also offers the opportunity to contribute to services with meaningful societal impact, where good user research genuinely shapes outcomes for the public. Qualifications - Significant experience working as a user researcher within GDS projects - Experience working within multidisciplinary delivery teams - Demonstrable experience working with complex stakeholder groups, navigating ambiguity and competing priorities - Desirable: Experience working within Health Contexts Requirements - Candidates must be able to demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
