What you’ll get to do… - Partner with Accounting, Engineering, and Finance stakeholders to support system implementations and improvements across ERP and revenue systems. - Run the extraction, analysis, and validation of large data sets using advanced SQL to support reconciliation, reporting, and automation. - Translate accounting requirements into scalable system solutions and process improvements for core processes. - Lead and support system user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and handle post-implementation stabilization. - Build and automate workflows that improve efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and ensure financial data integrity, document key system processes, data flows, and reporting logic to support multi-functional alignment. - Contribute to month-end close by supporting automated journal entries, data validation, and reporting. - Support audit activities by preparing system-related documentation and data, maintain and improve internal controls and SOX documentation for system processes. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial systems, or accounting systems analysis. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. - Advanced SQL proficiency—able to write complex queries and analyze large data sets from multiple sources. - Experience with ERP platforms (Workday Financials preferred) and data/reporting tools. - Familiarity with SDLC, SOX compliance, and testing protocols for financial systems. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Requirements - Experience working for a global, public company. - Prior experience supporting revenue recognition systems or complex billing platforms. - Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Comfort working with engineering and data teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. • Provide systems, real property, and inventory expertise to the DAWSON Real Property team • supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Installation Management • Take an active role in various contract activities including, but not limited to, equipment and materials surveys • SAP system testing • data analysis and reconciliation • training • user assistance • report development • documentation preparation • general real property support • Collaborate with, and take direction from, their team lead to assist with strategic planning and execution of contract requirements

• Proactively maintains buyer portfolio within parameters agreed upon with the Regional Director of Information and grading, applying solid credit analysis procedures. • Conduct financial and credit analysis to determine the proper credit rating for the company under consideration. • Conduct phone interviews to acquire the necessary information to evaluate buyers. • Through phone calls to purchasers and banks, realizes and maintains multiple contacts with buyers. • Examine industry conditions and present EHNA exposures to make portfolio recommendations to increase or decrease aggregate coverage. • Communicates underwriting requirements on industry outlooks and target markets with Sales Agents, Commercial Underwriters, and/or clients. • Assist in the development of industry sector outlooks (using both public and proprietary data) to identify underlying market trends.

• Creates client reports specified by contracts and submit data to the client plans. • Creates group client reports and other pertinent data for clients as requested. • Reviews data and reporting created by other team members, providing support and approval as needed. • Builds unique SQL queries to understand and interpret complex data quickly and accurately. • Utilizes creative approaches with data analysis and interpretation, managing and adapting data to meet the unique needs of immediate requests. • Develops superior customer relations within Trade Relations department and others across organization by proactively addressing any issue; may serve as a primary contact for escalations and resolutions. • Continuous improvement mindset, always looking for new ways to best meet internal and external requirements with a focus on improving departmental KPIS and metrics. • Performs Quality Control functions as requested by management. • Establish and maintain controls for internal and external audit functions, maintain the highest control environment as possible. • Prepares ad hoc analysis to identify customer, plan or drug performance as required. • Communicate with internal and external parties to determine appropriate analysis needs and provide necessary data for business decisions. • Prepares State and Customer audit requests as required. • Interprets contract and request language to determine and provide specific requested data. • Ability to pull data from various sources, ensure accuracy and review requests for completion on a timely basis.
