Join our team… We’re a high-impact, collaborative Order to Cash Revenue team that sits at the intersection of key teams within GoDaddy (Finance, Accounting, and Technology). What you’ll get to do… - Partner with Accounting, Engineering, and Finance stakeholders to support system implementations and improvements across ERP and revenue systems. - Run the extraction, analysis, and validation of large data sets using advanced SQL to support reconciliation, reporting, and automation. - Translate accounting requirements into scalable system solutions and process improvements for core processes. - Lead and support system user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and handle post-implementation stabilization. - Build and automate workflows that improve efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and ensure financial data integrity, document key system processes, data flows, and reporting logic to support multi-functional alignment. - Contribute to month-end close by supporting automated journal entries, data validation, and reporting. - Support audit activities by preparing system-related documentation and data, maintain and improve internal controls and SOX documentation for system processes. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial systems, or accounting systems analysis. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. - Advanced SQL proficiency—able to write complex queries and analyze large data sets from multiple sources. - Experience with ERP platforms (Workday Financials preferred) and data/reporting tools. - Familiarity with SDLC, SOX compliance, and testing protocols for financial systems. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Requirements - Experience working for a global, public company. - Prior experience supporting revenue recognition systems or complex billing platforms. - Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Comfort working with engineering and data teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Billing & Collections Analyst to own day-to-day billing operations, cash application and collections support for our India team. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on: - Invoice generation - Payment application - Reconciliations - Dispute management - AR reporting You’ll partner with Order Management, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting and Collections to ensure: - Invoices are accurate - Payments are applied correctly - Customer queries are resolved quickly This is a full-time, remote role based in Bengaluru. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our Bengaluru office and be available to attend in-person meetings and company events as needed. This position requires working outside of normal India business hours to support global business operations.
