• Conduct virtual individual and group counseling for patients with acute mental health conditions. • Develop and document comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs. • Communicate with TRICARE/DoD beneficiaries and provide education on TRICARE requirements and benefits. • Prepare and maintain medical records and documentation in accordance with SOPs. • Make recommendations on hospitalization and assess fitness for duty. • Attend staff meetings for case discussion, education, and quality improvement. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Perform brief, evidenced-based virtual individual and/or group counseling for low to moderate acuity patients • Develop, monitor and document comprehensive treatment plans • Consult reference material, for example the DSM, to identify symptoms • Exercise clinical judgment in licensure area and proactively support behavioral health service line • Demonstrate skill in written and oral communication especially in case formulation • Prepare and maintain outpatient medical record documentation • Recommend hospitalization as applicable or determine a service member's fitness for duty • Attend staff meetings to provide case discussion and continuing education

• Perform duties as a Practitioner and Consultant in Psychiatry • Provide continuing follow-up care for chronic outpatients with acute disorders • Examine and conduct thorough studies of presenting patients and evaluating laboratory and clinical findings • Collaborate with physicians in other medical specialties • Direct Quality Assurance within their area of responsibility

• Provide systems, real property, and inventory expertise to the DAWSON Real Property team • supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Installation Management • Take an active role in various contract activities including, but not limited to, equipment and materials surveys • SAP system testing • data analysis and reconciliation • training • user assistance • report development • documentation preparation • general real property support • Collaborate with, and take direction from, their team lead to assist with strategic planning and execution of contract requirements

• Perform and oversee natural resource surveys, vegetation mapping, invasive species mapping, nesting bird surveys, raptor surveys, permitting, wetlands and WOTUS delineations, planting and habitat restoration activities, consultations, and environmental monitoring. • Provide technical direction in the field to staff conducting biological and ecological surveys. • Collect project-related data, which may include research; organize public comment database; review and respond to public comments; conduct surveys for listed species; participate in interviews government agencies and clients. • Prepare for and lead meetings with clients, contracting officers, stakeholders, internal calls with leadership, and public information meetings. • Prepare technical documents such as survey reports, monitoring plans, habitat and wetland delineation reports, biological assessments, desktop surveys, NEPA support, and existing conditions documents. • Prepare Section 404 permits and coordination letters. • Use DAWSON project management tools to effectively manage project deliverables and budgets.

• Lead overall program execution to ensure successful delivery of contract requirements across cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customer, stakeholders, including Contracting Officers, Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), and technical leadership • Manage multidisciplinary teams supporting engineering, logistics, technical services, and operational support functions • Oversee development and maintenance of program management artifacts including status reports, risk registers, and performance metrics • Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, company policies, and applicable federal regulations • Monitor program financial performance including labor utilization, burn rates, subcontractor costs, and funding execution • Identify and manage program risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to maintain program stability and performance • Coordinate across internal departments including contracts, finance, recruiting, and operations to support successful program delivery • Support business development activities including recompete strategy, proposal development, and customer engagement • Foster strong relationships with Government stakeholders while maintaining open and transparent communication throughout program execution
