Role Description We don't hire assistants. We build partnerships. Moonlight connects the world's most driven executives with the people who make their days possible. We're building our Executive Partner pipeline and we're looking for the best. If you're the person who spots the problem before it happens, drafts the email before it's asked, and keeps calm when everything's moving fast this role was built for you. What You'll Do: - Own your executive's calendar, inbox, and priorities like they're your own. - Manage calendar scheduling with precision across multiple time zones, ensuring smart prioritization of meetings, deadlines, and personal commitments. - Handle email triage by effectively sorting, drafting, and following up on critical communications. - Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics smoothly, from flights and accommodations to itineraries and on-the-go changes. - Prepare thoroughly for meetings by organizing agendas, taking detailed notes, and tracking action items. - Conduct research, coordinate with vendors, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. - Provide project support using tools like ClickUp, Notion, or other platforms your executive prefers. Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership or a CEO. - At least 2 years of experience working remotely in the US Time Zone. - Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Proficiency with ClickUp, Microsoft Workspace, Zoom, and cloud-based file systems. - Strong initiative and independence in managing competing priorities. - Experience supporting virtual teams in a fully remote environment.
