Role Description MADI International is looking for a Brand Commercial Executive to join our dynamic team. This role supports the Brand Manager in driving commercial performance, optimizing inventory health, and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple departments and markets. If you are analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about brand performance, this opportunity is for you. - Sales & Commercial Planning - Support the Brand Manager with sales forecasts and demand planning. - Monitor daily sell-in and sell-out performance; prepare weekly commercial reports. - Assist in pricing, promotions, and assortment planning. - Review order confirmations, track delivery timelines, and ensure timely replenishment. - Inventory & Supply Coordination - Coordinate with Demand Planning on stock levels, slow movers, and reordering cycles. - Track new product launches and manage product lifecycle updates. - Maintain accurate stock and product master data. - Support clearance and liquidation planning for discontinued SKUs. - Performance Reporting - Prepare monthly reports on sales, stock, and forecast accuracy. - Consolidate sell-through data across multiple markets. - Monitor principal KPIs and update the Brand Manager regularly. - Assist in preparing Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Demand Planners and Finance on POs and inventory management. - Coordinate with Marketing on sell-out campaigns and promotions. - Liaise with principals on forecasts, product updates, and order status. Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience in commercial, supply chain, or brand-related roles. - Strong analytical and reporting skills. - Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities. - Experience in beauty, FMCG, or retail industries is a plus. Requirements - Must be based in Lebanon and able to work remotely.
