• Review all equity research documents prior to publication to ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, and internal standards • Collaborate with Research Analysts, Associates, Editors, and Compliance to ensure timely and accurate publication of research materials • Provide editorial and regulatory guidance to research staff to enhance the quality and clarity of published content • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices related to research publication • Serve as a subject matter expert on research compliance and editorial standards within the firm • Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to resolve content-related issues and ensure proper disclosures are included • Assist in the development and refinement of internal policies and procedures related to research publishing • Support the onboarding and training of new research team members on publishing protocols and regulatory requirements • Participate in internal meetings and contribute to strategic discussions around research content, workflow efficiency, and quality control • Provide after-hours coverage during earnings season and other high-volume periods to ensure timely publication of research • Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and Key.

• Supports and maintains Epic applications and other related technical integrations to meet the needs of the organization. • Provides routine maintenance of Epic applications and systems using existing internal processes, policies, and procedures. • Troubleshoots and resolves basic Epic application issues and provides end user support. • Escalates issues appropriately to application team members. • Assists the team in analyzing Epic vendor software updates and tests updates according to scripts. • Codes for Epic application including building application tables and reports. • Assists with updating testing scripts to incorporate ongoing system development and implementations. • Builds requirements for configuration and business process changes. • Organizes requirement specifications, using data, diagrams, and flowcharts to inform decision making.

What you’ll get to do… - Partner with Accounting, Engineering, and Finance stakeholders to support system implementations and improvements across ERP and revenue systems. - Run the extraction, analysis, and validation of large data sets using advanced SQL to support reconciliation, reporting, and automation. - Translate accounting requirements into scalable system solutions and process improvements for core processes. - Lead and support system user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and handle post-implementation stabilization. - Build and automate workflows that improve efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and ensure financial data integrity, document key system processes, data flows, and reporting logic to support multi-functional alignment. - Contribute to month-end close by supporting automated journal entries, data validation, and reporting. - Support audit activities by preparing system-related documentation and data, maintain and improve internal controls and SOX documentation for system processes. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial systems, or accounting systems analysis. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. - Advanced SQL proficiency—able to write complex queries and analyze large data sets from multiple sources. - Experience with ERP platforms (Workday Financials preferred) and data/reporting tools. - Familiarity with SDLC, SOX compliance, and testing protocols for financial systems. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
