• Onboarding – leading with the onboarding of new clients • Be the main point of contact for any client questions or concerns – own specific client relationships from an Account Management perspective • Lead training sessions & improve the knowledge and skills of your clients • Lead impact review sessions, proving the ROI of Scibids & why we are a focal point of their plan • Strategize with your sales lead to grow and develop existing client business and win net new business • Problem-solving, working with the wider Scibids team to get answers to potential issues • First class custom service, we strive to have an approach that is forward thinking and opportunistic, given that we love to build strong working relationships with our clients, and the foundations of this come from the service
Job Requirements
- Professional experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or customer success/account manager team in the programmatic space
- Has experience working on at least DV360 or The Trade Desk and good to have experience on Google Ads, Meta or TikTok
- Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion
- Start up environment experience would be an asset
- A can-do attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm
- Ambition to grow your career as the company scales
- Advanced mathematics studies or a maths major will be an asset
- Fluent in Thai and English is required and strong written and verbal communication skills with internal/external team members
- This is a remote role but you must be based in or around Bangkok to allow for travel to client meetings.

• Serve as primary technical contact and augment our customer support teams. • Onboard new customers to the CrowdStrike platforms. • Ensure customer success through proactive periodic health checks, product training, and developing and sharing best practices. • Serve as customer advocate with internal CrowdStrike stakeholders to ensure needed customer feedback is adequately documented and assessed by internal parties. • Engage with customers at all levels of their organization, from the front lines of the SOC to the C-suite. • Research customers’ technical issues in a timely manner and follow up with recommendations and action plans. • Escalate customer issues to management when appropriate. • Maintain control of the overall resolution for any escalated case, leading cross-functional groups as needed. • Leverage internal technical expertise, including development engineers, knowledge base, and other internal tools to provide the most effective solutions to customer issues. • Create knowledge base content to capture new learning for reuse throughout the company and user base. • Participate in technical communications within the team to share best practices and learn about new technologies and complimentary security applications. • Identify renewal risk and collaborate with internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal. • Support the sales teams in identifying account expansion opportunities. • Drive support cases to ensure issues are being resolved in a timely manner.

• Act as the trusted technology advisor to a base of accounts. • Act as single point of contact for all complex support requirements as they pertain to the assigned customers’ environment. • Partner with Flexential Sales to cultivate and capitalize on new opportunities. • Assist sales and sales engineering in the development of cost effective, operationally supportable solutions that meet complex customer requirements. • Contribute to Flexential process improvement initiatives tailored to improve customer satisfaction. • Analyze performance improvements, risk assessment on customer environment and provide recommendations. • Ensure effective ownership, communication, coordination, and facilitation of support service activities between Flexential departments and strategic accounts. • Lead customer requested meetings, quarterly business reviews, and other service and strategic discussions. • Represent customer requirements in Flexential product roadmap discussions and governance meetings. • Document and map customer roadmaps to Flexential pipeline. • Identify and lead unique continuous improvement activities in support of customer. • Ensure projects are on time, within budget and to satisfaction of client. • Ensure complete understanding of project scope by technical teams and client. • Coordinate with the technical teams, vendor(s), and client delivery team to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.
