Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of Technical Program Management delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives; hands-on ownership of customer relationships, timelines, scope, budgets, and resources (architects and engineers) for data and AI projects.
  • Proven ability to manage 4-5 customers concurrently while maintaining 85%+ billable utilization; consistent record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Worked on, or awareness of Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, PowerBI, Tableau and Sigma technologies.
  • Should have people management experience, leading high-performance teams.
  • Hands-on Portfolio/Program Management expertise with Agile methodologies and strong understanding of Waterfall; able to select and tailor approaches for outcomes.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Microsoft 365 (Excel); strong technical and process documentation skills.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; produces executive-ready updates and drives clear decision-making with C-level stakeholders.

To do this, you will provide leadership to consulting project teams and partner with multiple stakeholders and functions within Dow. You will identify opportunities to redirect or enhance technical/management strategies for individual opportunities to accelerate advancement towards closure while also finding ways to reduce both annual and life-cycle costs. To perform this role, in addition to an advanced background in remediation, an understanding of regulatory interpretation, advocacy with regulatory agency / Industry groups is required.
