• Edit and deliver high-quality, short-form engaging videos for Social Ads (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts). • Transform marketing ideas and scripts into engaging ad creatives that capture attention. • Support with the creation of images for ad campaigns through social media. • Ensure brand consistency in tone, storytelling, and visual style across all edits. • Develop multiple variations of ads (hooks, pacing, formats, visuals) to support creative testing and campaign optimization. • Apply knowledge of a Marketing and ads strategy (audience retention, pacing, thumbnails, watch-time optimization) to help improve video performance. • Collaborate with the growth team to iterate quickly on creatives based on campaign learnings and performance insights. • Assist with subtitling, cross-language adaptations, and visual localization when needed. • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and aligned content delivery. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative ideation for advertising campaigns.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience editing both short-form and creating images, especially for social media platforms.
- Previous work editing content for multilingual platforms or international audiences.
- Experience creating video content for paid social campaigns or performance marketing is highly valued.
- Degree in Audiovisual Communications, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, media or a related field is highly valued.
- Fluent in Spanish with an advanced level of English (spoken and written).
- French or German language skills are a strong plus, especially for localization, subtitling, and adapting long-form content for wider audiences.
- Technical proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and InDesign.
- Basic motion graphics in After Effects or similar software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and what drives attention on Social Media (hooks, pacing, visual rhythm).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
