Role Description We are a manpower agency recruiting on behalf of a high-output digital content client. We are looking for 6 talented Motion Graphics & Animation Creators to join a fully remote, collaborative production team. This team produces visually compelling, high-quality video content covering defense and military topics — including fighter jets, naval vessels, missile defense systems, armored vehicles, and modern warfare technology. This is a fast-paced, creatively demanding role suited for individuals who thrive under structured timelines, take pride in exceptional craft, and are comfortable working within a team-based production pipeline. You will work closely with operations and billing teams to maintain accurate provider records and support our growth initiatives. - Maintain and update CAQH ProView profiles for all providers. - Complete initial and re-credentialing applications with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers. - Track enrollment status, follow up with payers, and ensure timely approvals. - Maintain credentialing files, audit documentation, and compliance reports. - Collaborate with operations and billing teams to support reimbursement and network participation. - Monitor expiration dates and manage re-credentialing processes. - Act as a liaison between providers, payers, and internal teams to resolve credentialing issues. Qualifications - 2+ years of provider enrollment or healthcare credentialing experience, preferably in non-skilled home care in the state of Michigan. - Strong knowledge of CAQH ProView, Medicare PECOS, Medicaid portals, and commercial payer systems. - Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Experience with credentialing software or tracking systems is a plus. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience with non-skilled home care licensing requirements in the state of Michigan. - Knowledge of provider contracting and network participation. - Familiarity with auditing credentialing and compliance documentation specifically in the state of Michigan.

You will collaborate with our creative director and marketing team to bring storyboards, scripts, and AI-generated visuals together into compelling short-form video ads. - Edit and produce AI-assisted video commercials based on project briefs and creative direction. - Use AI video editing tools (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, Sora, or similar) to enhance production. - Combine AI-generated visuals, stock footage, voiceovers, sound effects, and music into cohesive content. - Collaborate with creative teams to maintain brand consistency and meet project goals. - Deliver high-quality output within deadlines and incorporate feedback efficiently. - Provide creative input and stay updated with new AI-based video technologies. Qualifications - Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in commercials or brand campaigns. - Familiarity with AI video tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, HeyGen, or similar. - Skilled in traditional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). - Strong storytelling skills, visual sense, and attention to detail. - Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and adaptable to feedback. - (Bonus) Experience with AI voiceovers, motion graphics, or 3D animation.
