Role Description We are a manpower agency recruiting on behalf of a high-output digital content client. We are looking for 6 talented Motion Graphics & Animation Creators to join a fully remote, collaborative production team. This team produces visually compelling, high-quality video content covering defense and military topics — including fighter jets, naval vessels, missile defense systems, armored vehicles, and modern warfare technology. This is a fast-paced, creatively demanding role suited for individuals who thrive under structured timelines, take pride in exceptional craft, and are comfortable working within a team-based production pipeline. What You'll Be Doing - Receive the following from the client every Sunday: - Long-form and short-form scripts - Voice-over audio - Shot lists - Research materials - Deliver by Thursday: - No less than 1 long-form video averaging ~10 minutes in length - No less than 5 short-form reels of approximately 60 seconds each - Responsible for the full production cycle: - Motion graphics creation - 3D animation - AI-assisted video generation - Audio syncing - Final assembly Qualifications - Genuinely advanced in craft - Ability to meet tight timelines - High-quality standards - Precision, creativity, and technical depth in content Requirements - Motion Graphics & Animation: - Adobe After Effects (compositing, motion design, visual effects) - Blender (3D modeling, animation, geometry nodes, EEVEE/Cycles rendering) - Cinema 4D with Redshift (procedural animation, MoGraph toolset) - DaVinci Resolve / Blackmagic Fusion (compositing, color grading, editing) - Adobe Premiere Pro (editing and final output assembly) - AI Video Generation: - Kling 3.0 - Google Veo / Google Flow - Runway Gen-4 - Luma Ray 3.1 - Seedance - Minimax / Hailuo - Pika (for short-form creative clips) What Makes You Stand Out - Ability to produce cinematic, visually rich content around technical subject matter (military, defense, aerospace) - Understanding of shot composition, pacing, and pairing animation with voice-over - Comfortable syncing audio, sound design, and music to visual sequences - Efficient work without sacrificing quality — hitting weekly deadlines is non-negotiable - Strong collaboration skills in a remote, async team environment The Setup - Employment Type: Full-Time - Location: Fully Remote (global applicants welcome; candidates in cost-effective regions strongly encouraged to apply) - Deliverables: Weekly — submitted every Thursday - Goal: Build a strong content backlog while maintaining consistent weekly output Who Should Apply If you have spent time mastering motion graphics and animation, keep up with the latest AI video tools, produce work that genuinely stands out, and want a stable full-time remote role where your skills are put to real use every week — we want to hear from you. You will work closely with operations and billing teams to maintain accurate provider records and support our growth initiatives. - Maintain and update CAQH ProView profiles for all providers. - Complete initial and re-credentialing applications with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers. - Track enrollment status, follow up with payers, and ensure timely approvals. - Maintain credentialing files, audit documentation, and compliance reports. - Collaborate with operations and billing teams to support reimbursement and network participation. - Monitor expiration dates and manage re-credentialing processes. - Act as a liaison between providers, payers, and internal teams to resolve credentialing issues. Qualifications - 2+ years of provider enrollment or healthcare credentialing experience, preferably in non-skilled home care in the state of Michigan. - Strong knowledge of CAQH ProView, Medicare PECOS, Medicaid portals, and commercial payer systems. - Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Experience with credentialing software or tracking systems is a plus. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience with non-skilled home care licensing requirements in the state of Michigan. - Knowledge of provider contracting and network participation. - Familiarity with auditing credentialing and compliance documentation specifically in the state of Michigan.
