Role Description As a Full stack Developer, you will be involved in development of projects for internal clients and will provide quality coding to support PSI business processes and operations with the focus on AI solutions. • Embrace and champion engineering best practices within the product engineering teams • Work closely with product teams to plan and build scalable, resilient and cost-effective infrastructure systems that meet launch goals, reach new markets and scale with product demand • Partner with fellow engineering teams to deliver on complex initiatives together • Develop simple, elegant solutions to complex problems • You will work in a solution stack that extends all the way from complex back-end data through web services to highly usable web-based user interfaces • You will be able to directly shape system design, development methodologies, and implementation technologies

• Design, build, and maintain the backend code to support features used by our 5 million users • Backend development in Typescript • Regularly participate in code reviews and other team functions • Provide technical leadership and assist guiding the team's overall technical direction • Offer mentorship and pair with other engineers regularly • Work closely with our PM and design teams to define feature specifications and build products leveraging frameworks such as React.js & React Native
