Patient Access Manager – Business Development and Alliance Management

Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ)

• Drive and coordinate market access strategies for partner products • Lead and coordinate the pricing & reimbursement strategy for partner products in CEE • Coordinate local execution via country teams or partner companies • Provide Patient Access input during BD evaluations and due diligence • Serve as the primary PA interface toward partner companies for CEE • Monitor policy, payer and HTA landscape developments across CEE relevant for partner products • Communicate changes to both internal stakeholders and partners

Job Requirements

  • University degree
  • Experience in Market Access / P&R / HTA within pharma, understanding of CEE reimbursement systems
  • Experience with partnered products or alliance structures preferred
  • Strong understanding of pricing & reimbursement processes, payer environment and government affairs/policy/advocacy
  • Multi-stakeholder project management and leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and within budget
  • Knowledge of health system and healthcare decision making, including regulatory, safety, legal and compliance environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage complex, matrixed interactions
  • Ability to identify compelling ways to demonstrate and communicate product value to payers/stakeholders
  • Availability to travel
