About the role - The implementation and facilitation of the onboarding and case manager program - Assisting our employees to achieve their goals by offering a customer focused approach to developing our employees through one-on-one coaching. - Research, development, implementation, and maintenance of programs to meet organisational and business needs. - Utilising modern learning design techniques to innovate and build a learning culture through modern and fit for purpose design methodologies. - Working closely and maintaining strong business partnerships with internal stakeholders. About you - Experience in claims management and strong technical knowledge within personal injury, ideally in the VIC WorkSafe scheme. - Previous experience in either a training, coaching or facilitation role is highly desirable. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence both face to face and virtually. - Strong Interpersonal skills. Can confidently engage and support individuals in both communication and technical domains. - Adaptability, flexibility, and preparedness to work in a dynamic environment responding to change, emerging risks, and project challenges, whilst achieving deadlines. - Demonstrate an ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships & influence outcomes. - Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 suite. - A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
