Du gestaltest als Reporting Consultant AWS Quick (sight) die nächste Generation datengetriebener Management-Informationssysteme – von der KPI-Definition bis zum Executive Dashboard. Bei 23DATA arbeitest du teamorientiert an der digitalen Transformation unserer Kunden: von der Universalbank bis zum FinTech. Du verstehst Reporting als Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen dem Fachbereich und der IT und verbindest Reporting Expertise mit modernen Cloud-BI-Lösungen. Deine Aufgaben - Datennutzung zielgerichtet gestalten: - Du agierst als Bindeglied zwischen den Geschäftsbereichen (z.B. Risiko, Controlling, Unternehmenssteuerung) und zugehörigen, technologischen Lösungen: - Konzeption, Design und Aufbau von Management- und Executive-Dashboards – idealerweise mit AWS QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau oder vergleichbaren Tools - Migration und Ablösung von Legacy-Reporting- und MIS-Systemen hin zu skalierbaren, cloud-basierten Reporting-Plattformen - Definition und Harmonisierung bankfachlicher KPIs in enger Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und IT - Analyse und Optimierung von Data Journeys und Reporting-Prozessen – du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Business, Data Engineering und IT - Durchführung von Requirements Workshops mit Stakeholdern sowie Unterstützung bei der Abnahme und Datenvalidierung - SQL-basierte Datenanalysen und eigenständige Qualitätssicherung im Rahmen von Reporting-Projekten - Identifikation sinnvoller KI-Anwendungsfälle in Reporting-Prozessen Qualifications - Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Reporting oder BI Umfeld, idealerweise im Consulting- oder Finanzumfeld - Abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL mit Tech-Fokus, Mathematik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation - Erfahrung im Aufbau, der Weiterentwicklung oder Migration von Reporting-Plattformen bzw.
