Topstep is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Mobile, to own our native application strategy across iOS and Android. Key Responsibilities  - Own the Mobile Roadmap: Define and execute the vision for our iOS and Android apps, focusing on native-first experiences like biometric security, push notifications, and high-performance charting. - Build for Scale: Lead releases for a high-volume user base, ensuring stability and performance where even 0.1% variances in auth rates or crash-free sessions have a material impact. - Bridge the Gap between Web and Native: Translate complex trading features, payments, and social features into mobile-optimized flows that feel fast and trustworthy. - Optimize Mobile Funnels: Run rigorous A/B tests on mobile-specific onboarding and checkout flows to maximize conversion and long-term retention. - Collaborative Execution: Coordinate with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to ship impactful mobile updates through a disciplined CI/CD and feature flag process. - Align stakeholders on the roadmap and maintain crisp communication on scope, status, and decisions, driving value for our payment eco-system. Required Qualifications and Key Competencies - 5-8 years in Product Management, with at least 3 years focused on high-growth consumer apps, ideally in the Fintech or Trading space. - Native Expertise: Proven track record shipping and maintaining top-tier native applications for both iOS and Android. - Scale & Performance: Experience managing mobile products with hundreds of thousands of users, with a deep understanding of mobile-specific performance metrics and crash analysis. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortable using mobile analytics and SQL to prove ROI on new features and experiments. - Execution & coordination: Proven record aligning multiple teams and shipping complex releases without losing the thread on outcomes. - Excellent written & verbal communication with the ability to create structure in ambiguity and drive clear decisions.
