Ensure their effective use. - Engage performers, discipline leads, project leadership, and discipline management for enrollment, encouragement, and directives to engage effectively in planning. - Lead recurring planning sessions and Daily Check-ins. - Facilitate scope breakdown and work-structuring to enable a coordinated flow of small multidiscipline batches of work. - Guide the team and leadership in the prioritization of work. Respond with agility to evolving project needs. Integrate stakeholders, including Trade Partners, into the design process: - Coordinate trade constructability engagement with design. - If trades are performing design, ensure that their work satisfies next-customer needs and that trade commitments are managed. Responsible for technical quality assurance and control. - Ensure that required reviews occur and are documented, and that appropriate registered professionals stamp work. Always move the team toward building quality into the work. - Responsible for package ownership and production, deliverables issuance, and coordinating documentation. Manage preparation, facilitation, and adjudication of customer design reviews. Prepare meeting notes. - Work with design disciplines and design partners to forecast staffing needs, resolve staffing gaps, and forecast effort to complete. Lead scope and cost change management. Your Capabilities and Credentials - Demonstrated experience managing pipeline projects.
