Responsible for technical quality assurance and control. - Ensure that required reviews occur and are documented, and that appropriate registered professionals stamp work. Always move the team toward building quality into the work. - Responsible for package ownership and production, deliverables issuance, and coordinating documentation. Manage preparation, facilitation, and adjudication of customer design reviews. Prepare meeting notes. - Work with design disciplines and design partners to forecast staffing needs, resolve staffing gaps, and forecast effort to complete. Lead scope and cost change management.
