Service Delivery Coordinator

Role Description We are on a quest to find a Service Delivery Coordinator that can join our growing team. This is a new role within the team that is important to our ongoing success. We are looking for someone who can play a key support role within our operations team, supporting current and future projects within the team. This role will initially be full-time for approximately 12 months with expectations of extending the role. We will accept applicants from candidates looking for part-time work, but working as close to full-time hours as possible is preferred. This role is remote and is open to anyone based in Australia. What you would be doing in the role will vary but some of the key responsibilities will include: - Scheduling projects based on internal or customer need, including allocating team members and necessary resources - Administrative support for the Operations team, including triggering of invoices, monthly internal reporting and liaising with our customers - Being a key point of contact for projects for the end-to-end process, from setting up projects through to internal debriefs - Working closely with Service Delivery Managers, the Operations Team and Managing Director to schedule new projects, and make sure projects in flight stay on track - Actively maintain and monitor Intopia’s projects, and working with the Operations team and consultants to resolve any roadblocks Qualifications - 5+ years of project coordinator experience, or experience in a similar role - Ability to identify project requirements, and be able to plan and implement project plans to set our team up for success - Strong authentic communication skills that can be demonstrated across all forms of engagement, including internally with the team and with our customers - Problem solving skills, being able to identify when issues arise and provide recommendations for solutions - Demonstrated aptitude for self-direction and motivation with the ability to manage a variety of tasks, conflicting priorities and multiple deadlines - Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to continue to develop and improve operational processes - Familiarity with project coordination for technology focused projects is preferred - Knowledge of assistive technologies (such as screen readers and magnifiers) will be an advantage Requirements - People with disabilities, women, Indigenous people and ethnic minorities are encouraged to apply. - Preference will be given to applicants with lived experience of disability, experience working with people with disability and/or a demonstrated personal understanding of disability. - The salary range for the role is $90,000-$110,000 plus superannuation, subject to location and experience.
