Role Description We have an immediate opening for an attorney with at least 3-5 years of advisory and litigation experience focusing on public works construction. - Engineering, architecture or construction management degree and/or extensive experience in construction required. - Experience attending legislative body meetings and capable of independently evaluating and responding to routine contracting questions and disputes. - This position requires extensive document reviews, including interpretation of technical matters. - Must be proficient in public contracting requirements, contract negotiation, drafting and review, federal funding requirements, bid protests, surety/bond issues, insurance issues, government code claims. - This position may be based in any office but candidates must be licensed in California. Role Description The Global Logistics Team Lead - US partners with the Global Logistics management to lead execution and strategy across the U.S. and Canada carrier network. This position leads the U.S. Logistics team to continuously improve the carrier portfolio by developing and improving delivery solutions for outbound direct-to-consumer delivery solutions in the US and Canada market.
