Contracts Manager

• Represent the organization on contractual matters and provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders. • Ensure all contracting activities comply with corporate policies, procedures, and governance requirements. • Lead the negotiation and execution of complex commercial contracts. • Review customer RFPs, assess requirements and terms, support proposal development, and coordinate internal approvals. • Identify contractual and business risks and recommend clear, practical mitigation strategies. • Partner with program management and develop an understanding of relevant products, services, and technical considerations. • Deliver strategic analysis and recommendations to support business and contractual decisions. • Prepare accurate, complete, and professionally formatted documentation for negotiations and contractual records. • Maintain organized, audit-ready contract files in accordance with departmental standards. • Manage multiple projects of varying complexity while meeting deadlines and quality expectations. • Support business travel up to 10%.
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience
- Commercial contracts experience in a manufacturing environment
- Contracts aerospace experience supporting airlines, airframe manufacturers, and aftermarket programs or services
- U.S. Government contract experience
- Experience working with FAR and DFARS

Role Description As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for an Advanced Analytics Manager who will: - Manage database logic, implement changes, and oversee the building of data pipelines and APIs to support business needs. - Analyze data, consult with subject matter experts, and write clear business and technical requirements documents. - Create and manage project timelines, prioritize tasks using tools like Azure DevOps and Smartsheets, and hold all responsible parties accountable for deliverables. - Facilitate communication and progression of tasks through regular status meetings and working sessions, proactively elevating and resolving project roadblocks. - Lead the investigation and resolution of data discrepancies and issues, proactively identifying solutions for data quality problems and operational inefficiencies. - Serve as the subject matter expert for data quality processes, BI tools, and business rules, ensuring best practices are followed across all initiatives. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the full campaign implementation workflow across all media channels to inform data strategy and troubleshooting. - Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors, effectively communicating roles, responsibilities, and expectations. Qualifications - Bachelor's or advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Math, Computer Science, or a related field. - Advanced English level (B2–C2). - Minimum 3 years of experience in the marketing or media industry (e.g., digital investment, analytics, or ad operations). - Minimum 3 years of experience in data governance processes within a data warehousing, ETL, and business intelligence environment. - 2 years of experience in a business analysis or technical project management role. - Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with SQL and Microsoft Azure for database management. - Strong familiarity with relational database management systems (RDBMS). - Advanced data manipulation skills in Microsoft Excel. - Experience with advertising campaign management platforms such as Google Campaign Manager, DV360, SA360, Google Ads, Sizmek, or similar social media ad platforms. - Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Datorama, or Looker. - Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheets or Azure DevOps. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or JavaScript is a plus. - Experience with VBA/macros in Excel is a plus. • Leads the enrollment team within a state or region to ensure the highest quality service is provided with the enrollment process to those self-directing their services and the referring entities. • Generates leads and referrals for new individuals and their employees. • Cultivates relationships with case managers, support brokers, independent facilitators and other referring individuals and agencies to develop a base of referrals. • Driving enrollments to achieve company growth goals within existing contracts through conducting presentations and meetings with case managers, external stakeholders, and participants. • Provides constant and accurate communication to referrers and those being enrolled on the status of the enrollments and where everyone is in the process. • Supporting the Directors of Business Development in new opportunities within the market. • Troubleshoots issues and field questions from their staff, and all external customers to ensure the enrollment process is smooth and adaptive. • Ensures that the Enrollment team is training new participants and their employees on using the GT Caregiver App and other GT Tools, roles and responsibilities, and program specific items. • Provides daily direction and communication to employees so that enrollment and processing related calls are answered in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner. • Provides continual evaluation of processes and procedures; responsible for suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service to both internal and external customers. • Manages employees, ensuring work is handled efficiently and effectively. • Provides performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each direct report. • Ensures employees have appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs. • Creates and maintains a high-quality work environment. • Assists the Director with the development, analyses and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling, and reward/recognition programs. • Manages special or ongoing projects that are important to area/process improvement. • Uses appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department or employee concerns. • Assists with documentation and training of DocuSign program and GT Enroll. • Assists in developing and preparing operational plans and reports on project status
