Role Description As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for an Advanced Analytics Manager who will: - Manage database logic, implement changes, and oversee the building of data pipelines and APIs to support business needs. - Analyze data, consult with subject matter experts, and write clear business and technical requirements documents. - Create and manage project timelines, prioritize tasks using tools like Azure DevOps and Smartsheets, and hold all responsible parties accountable for deliverables. - Facilitate communication and progression of tasks through regular status meetings and working sessions, proactively elevating and resolving project roadblocks. - Lead the investigation and resolution of data discrepancies and issues, proactively identifying solutions for data quality problems and operational inefficiencies. - Serve as the subject matter expert for data quality processes, BI tools, and business rules, ensuring best practices are followed across all initiatives. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the full campaign implementation workflow across all media channels to inform data strategy and troubleshooting. - Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors, effectively communicating roles, responsibilities, and expectations. Qualifications - Bachelor's or advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Math, Computer Science, or a related field. - Advanced English level (B2–C2). - Minimum 3 years of experience in the marketing or media industry (e.g., digital investment, analytics, or ad operations). - Minimum 3 years of experience in data governance processes within a data warehousing, ETL, and business intelligence environment. - 2 years of experience in a business analysis or technical project management role. - Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with SQL and Microsoft Azure for database management. - Strong familiarity with relational database management systems (RDBMS). - Advanced data manipulation skills in Microsoft Excel. - Experience with advertising campaign management platforms such as Google Campaign Manager, DV360, SA360, Google Ads, Sizmek, or similar social media ad platforms. - Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Datorama, or Looker. - Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheets or Azure DevOps. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or JavaScript is a plus. - Experience with VBA/macros in Excel is a plus.
