• Support the SVP of Frontier Lab Safety • Act as the operational backbone for all lab relationships, owning the workflows and coordination to ensure services can scale. • Translate technical scopes into clear milestones and deliverables for broader team execution. • Coordinate initial calls with new customers, including scheduling, prep materials, and post-call follow-up. • Monitor dedicated Slack channels for lab customers and surface new signals or requests to internal teams quickly. • Ensure that internal teams can focus on high-leverage work by owning the execution details of every engagement. • Own the CRM for all lab relationships capturing every contact, conversation, and opportunity to reflect reality. • Drive deals to close in real time, working with procurement and legal teams to keep contracts moving. • Identify and resolve blockers before they impact timelines, maintaining full visibility into contract status. • Maintain clear visibility into pipeline status and flag any delays before they become problems. • Keep the accounting team informed of milestone status and flag when deliverables are ready for invoicing. • Align internal teams and customer expectations on timelines, tracking progress and flagging risks early. • Provide light project management across active engagements to keep expectations aligned. • Be a consistent, reliable point of contact for lab partners on operational and logistical questions.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in partnerships, account management, customer success, or sales operations, ideally in a technical environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active relationships and projects simultaneously
- Experience working with enterprise procurement and legal teams to move contracts forward.
- Exceptional attention to detail & CRM hygiene, in contract review, and in follow-up.
- Strong written communication. You will be representing Gray Swan in writing constantly.
- Comfortable in Slack-heavy, async-first work cultures.

• Define and lead team OKRs that align with corporate objectives, translating a long-term vision into actionable, prioritized roadmaps. • Rigorously measure and report on key KPIs, specifically focusing on dealer conversion rates, application volume, and funding velocity. • Manage and advance deep integrations with dealer systems to ensure a frictionless, end-to-end loan origination flow. • Partner with Legal, Risk, and Credit Ops to navigate complex product eligibility logic, disclosures, and compliance requirements. • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Ops to build world-class experiences for Octane’s captive partners. • Gather direct insights from dealer stakeholders and internal teams through empathy interviews and support channels to drive continuous UX improvements. • Simultaneously oversee multiple in-flight projects, balancing external partner dependencies and legal timelines with internal engineering capacity. • Continuously optimize the dealer portal and consumer application flows to reduce friction and increase partner satisfaction.
• Identify and prospect for new customers by leveraging high volume and high velocity outbound prospecting tactics. • Effectively manage a pipeline, nurture relationships, and close deals. • Develop creative and customized outreach strategies to prospect for potential customers. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system.
• Take ownership of an assigned geographic territory / account set. • Drive growth and expansion within the territory by increasing account penetration, identifying new customers, opportunities, and applications, and ensuring consistent pipeline build-up to support long-term growth. • Manage a portfolio of long-tail accounts and maintain consistent pipeline activity to support revenue goals. • Connect with customers (engineers, sourcing, program teams) to understand basic requirements and introduce SiTime solutions. • Build quick rapport and maintain regular follow-ups. • Ensure steady movement of deals toward design-in and potential wins. • Work closely with distribution partners to drive demand generation, support customer engagement, and track opportunities and design-ins.
