Qualifications - Strong communication skills, effectively conveying complex concepts and information to audiences across all levels. - Ability to actively listen to client needs, challenges, and goals and translate them into actionable solutions. - Previous experience leading complex, multi-stage sales cycles in the propane and gas sector or related industries. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, taking a proactive approach to building and maintaining relationships. - Self-motivated and driven, taking ownership of sales goals and overcoming obstacles. - Previous experience using metrics and market data to provide guidance to leadership and influence company strategy.
