Sales Operations Coordinator

Role Description The Sales Support / Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales organization by ensuring efficient operational execution, data accuracy, and process improvement. This individual works closely with field sales, broker partners, and internal teams to manage customer contracts, trade systems, reporting, item setup, and deduction reconciliation while driving process efficiency and operational excellence. Qualifications - Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience). - Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales support, operations, or coordination within the CPG industry. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting tools. - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. - Preferred: Experience with trade management systems (e.g., TPM, TMS) and POS data systems. - Exposure to customer portals and cross-functional team collaboration. - Familiarity supporting broker networks, sales operations, or logistics coordination. - Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable business insights.
