• Responsible for identifying, preventing and avoiding churn (customer losses) within the Omie Cash customer base. • Proactive: Contact customers who appear as lost in the database, understand the reason and retain them. • Reactive: In cases of support complaints, interact quickly with the customer to resolve the issue. • Preventive: Use data analysis to proactively identify customers who are showing early signs of churn. • Technology and tools development. • Technological innovation: Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools that can improve retention performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields;
- Knowledge of sales and customer retention methods and techniques;
- Advanced analytical skills and familiarity with banking regulations;
- Strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams;
