Role Description We are currently searching for a Workday Lead: - Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a large portfolio of Workday integrations. - Lead the research, design, development, and delivery of new integrations throughout the entire deployment life-cycle. - Create detailed technical specifications, field mappings, and designs to support business needs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify problem areas, determine project impact, and gather business requirements. - Perform root cause analysis on integration failures and develop strategic plans for the overall Workday roadmap. - Manage data flows between internal systems and Workday, ensuring alignment with other system owners. - Develop and modify integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Document Transformation, and Core Connectors. - Utilize technical tools such as PGP/SSH key management, calculated fields, custom reports, and Web Services. - Provide high-level production support, resolving complex inquiries regarding technology, processes, and user access. - Conduct technical walk-throughs to review source code and documentation in accordance with department standards. Qualifications - 6+ years of specialized experience with Workday Studio. - 6+ years of expertise in integration technologies including XML, XSLT, SOAP, Java, and Web Services. - Proven experience building solutions for Workday HR and Finance applications. - Strong background in requirements documentation and process design feedback. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Languages: Advanced Oral English, Advanced Spanish.
