• Manage and oversee the schedule of internal trainings as well as corporate training timelines. • Control, update and monitor the training matrix, ensuring compliance in onboarding processes and mandatory trainings. • Support monitoring of Individual Development Plans (IDPs), including tabulation and analysis of satisfaction and training effectiveness surveys. • Responsible for organizing, standardizing and cleaning data across various corporate databases. • Ensure the integrity, consistency and reliability of management information for reporting to the executive board. • Provide support to the Copyrights area when required, assisting with document organization, file control and administrative routines. • Support Recruitment & Selection and Personnel/Payroll Department processes, focusing on hiring routines, new employee integration and onboarding.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (completed) in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
  • Data: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (Intermediate to Advanced); proficiency will be verified through a practical test.
  • Technology: Familiarity with ERPs and HR management software (recruiting and selection, time & attendance, benefits or payroll).
  • Experience: Established experience in HR administrative routines and managing large volumes of data/spreadsheets.

Role Description Perform and manage Human Resources initiatives and functions in order to support employees, customers and overall business needs.
