Role Description Together with the HOD you will support the team in controlling and monitoring revenue realization for all projects according to budget and forecast. - You will participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for your team and the entire organization. - You will work across departmental and regional boundaries to share and gain knowledge to meet product delivery demands. - You will lead others in the creation and execution of project plans and revise as appropriate including project staffing, resource management, and budgeting. - You will interface with clients and relevant staff on assigned projects and promote positive relationships, handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction. - You will be comfortable interacting with the C-level management of Körber Pharma Software and our customers. - You will support the hiring process and train others in your area of expertise. - You will manage national and international projects in a regulated industry that span one or multiple lines of business through the full project life cycle. - You will be responsible for risk identification, reporting, and management. - You will constantly monitor and identify ways to develop and advance the knowledge, skills and processes for subject matter expertise. - You will execute project-related control tasks in close contact with the control team. - You will advise customers in project management & implementing business requirements. - You will provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones. - You will work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence. - You will procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes. - You will monitor and analyze your team’s workload to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. - You will support the sales team in identifying and creating business opportunities for up-selling to existing customers and winning new customer projects. - You will perform additional duties as required by your area of expertise. Qualifications - You have a Bachelor of Science degree in a science or computer science; an MBA or Master of Science degree is preferred. - You have knowledge of MES / ERP systems general architecture and a broad understanding of its business functions. - You are self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic personality. - You have strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You preferably have preferred certifications and experience that align with your area of expertise (PMP certification as an example). - You have strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations. - You are experienced leading, motivating, and managing various project and program teams, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance. - You have strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff. - You are comfortable influencing and gaining buy-in from executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers. - You are flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - You possess interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment. - You can demonstrate decisiveness in resolving problems, making decisions and prioritizing. **Summary of the Role:** The Project Manager will manage projects that are aimed at delivering M-Files solutions to customers. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Deliver customer projects on schedule and with high customer satisfaction and quality, while ensuring the defined budget and work effort objectives are met. Project manager achieves these goals by: **In the project sales phase** - Planning the project so that it can be delivered to meet the defined objectives - Co-operating with Solution Architect to ensure that the delivered solution has been defined so that relevant details of delivery, as well as effort estimation, have been properly addressed - Co-operating with Sales to ensure that project budget is sufficient to enable needed level of resourcing - Co-operating with Manager/Director, Services in relevant region, to indicate the needed resourcing for the project, and to ensure such resource will be available - Co-operating with Subcontracting Manager, to ensure the needed subcontracted deliveries can be acquired ** In the project execution phase** - Ensuring the needed consulting, Product Development (PD) and subcontracted resources are available for the project - Establishing the project work practices, meetings and required means of communication - Ensuring that the roles, responsibilities, expectations for each of the project stakeholders have been understood and acknowledged - Defines the tasks allocated to the project team and external stakeholders, and follows up their completion - Establishes and maintains the required (sufficiently high) level of communication and transparency with the customer - Ensuring any deviations to project goals and targets are addressed and resolved in a timely manner - Handling any scope change requests, and ensures that the impact of the changes is analyzed, and the changes get approved along with their impact on project schedule and cost - Driving project into completion and get the deliveries approved by the customer *Travel could be as high as 25% or more **Collaboration Opportunities** Reports and escalates project delivery issues to, and gets guidance from, Team manager or Director, Project Management Office. • Review our internal tools & storage (Confluence, Asana, GDrive, etc.) and document what information is located where. • Propose a structure for how to consolidate & organize all resources in an efficient way that’s easy to navigate & maintain. • Create the approved infrastructure with accompanying infrastructure. • Create & update the Asana project with the guidance of the Creative Project Manager. • Document and train the Marketing department into proper use and maintenance of the new infrastructure. • Provide a summary of the project using project management metrics established at the start of the project.
• Take part in building the roadmap. Understand who’s overloaded and who has more capacity, which team can take on tasks, and which one is better left untouched for the next month. • Coordinate development. Know what is being worked on, who’s working on it, where the bottlenecks are, or what’s missing. • Monitor alignment with the plan, people’s performance, and commitments. Spot recurring process issues and improve them. • Communicate with Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues. Answer questions about when something will be ready or what’s blocking progress. Help remove those blockers.
