ParallelzParallelz instantly transforms native mobile applications into native web applications
• Own the design, implementation, and evolution of our graphics and rendering stack across native (Android/Linux) and web (WebGL, WebGPU) targets. • Write efficient, maintainable, performance-critical C/C++ for system-level and rendering components, with hard requirements on frame budgets, memory, and latency. • Profile and tune the full pipeline: CPU/GPU bottlenecks, shader cost, texture and buffer management, compositor interactions, and end-to-end streaming latency. • Investigate and resolve faults in complex environments, tracing issues from the browser engine down through the runtime to the OS, kernel, and graphics driver. • Drive upgrades to the underlying platforms (AOSP versions, browser engines, GLES/WebGPU evolution) while keeping the system stable and shippable. • Partner with other teams to define and implement robust testing strategies for rendering correctness, performance regressions, and cross-device fidelity. • Operate as a senior independent contributor: scope your own work, drive it to completion, and communicate clearly with a small, high-trust team. • Work natively with AI coding agents and tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, agentic workflows, custom internal agents) to accelerate research, prototyping, code generation, debugging, and review, treating these tools as a junior pair you direct and verify, not a passenger.
• Own the electrical and controls scope for assigned projects from design through commissioning • Develop control system designs including: Electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and interconnection drawings Control panel layouts and specifications (PLC panels, MCCs, VFDs) Bills of material (BOMs) and instrument data sheets (IDS) Create controls narratives, cause & effect diagrams, and PLC/HMI programs Review project scope and proactively resolve gaps or ambiguities Support field activities including startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and service Collaborate with engineering, sales, and field teams to deliver high-quality systems Assist with proposals, estimates, and technical documentation Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (CSA, NEC, NFPA, TSSA)
Lead Value Engineer – Energy
CelonisCelonis GmbH, founded in 2011, provides AI-enhanced, enterprise-ready process-mining technology and automated process-discovery solutions to help companies visu
• Identify & Frame Value: Analyze the client’s strategic priorities and map end-to-end energy operations (e.g., exploration and production, refining, or grid distribution) to AI-driven improvement use cases. • Target High-Impact Areas: Architect solutions that connect data across the value chain, focusing on critical energy operations like predictive maintenance workflows, supply chain optimization, outage reporting automation, and asset performance dashboards. • Build the Business Case: Construct robust, data-backed business cases by transforming operational and cost data into scored, visually ranked use cases with investment estimates and projected ROI. • Win Expansion: Build demos, develop value narratives and ROI frameworks, and present directly to C-level stakeholders across major energy firms to generate massive opportunity pipelines. • Assess Value: Undertake customer-facing value discovery and deliver proof-of-value projects for global Tier-1 energy and utility corporations. • Drive Engagement Success: Lead the value workstream by designing and deploying AI-powered feedback agents capable of ingesting 10,000+ operational data points to surface recurring themes and friction points in the field or at the plant. • Orchestrate Improvement: Guide customers on how to use AI and automation to streamline complex operational workflows, from field service management to grid modernization. • Solve Systemic Challenges: Spearhead process redesigns by mapping current-state bottlenecks, embedding stringent HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) and regulatory compliance requirements, and automating the end-to-end workflow. • Facilitate Workshops: Facilitate workshops with C-suite and plant/department leads, scoring capabilities across multiple dimensions and benchmarking against industry peers. • Initiate Change: Conduct customer discovery, define success metrics and KPIs, and run successful pilots to onboard thousands of users across corporate and field locations. • Present Results: Present executive-ready business cases that convert engagements into new revenue. • Scale Value: Build client-facing tools that enable enterprise-wide teams to assess automation opportunities across disparate regional assets. Role Description The beauty industry is going through a great transformation, as consumers are seeking personalized approaches from their favorite brands and retailers, which is the exact market that Revieve serves. We help some of the world's biggest brands and retailers offer personalized brand experiences in the digital space by leveraging artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and proprietary computer-vision technology. Globally, we work with over 120 brands and retailers on five continents and in over 40+ countries. Your Contribution to the Team Revieve builds AI-powered personalization technology used by some of the largest beauty and retail brands in the world. We're profitable, growing, and small — about a dozen engineers shipping into a product with millions of end users. We've reorganized the company around the idea that one builder with the right tools can do what teams used to. This role exists because we believe that's true. What your day-to-day looks like - Mon: A real customer problem lands in front of you. Not a ticket, a problem, with full context. You decide what to build. - Tue: You sketch the surface in an AI design tool, prototype the logic in Claude Code, and have something running by the end of the day. - Wed: Staging build is up. You share a Loom with the founders. They have notes, you ship them, you iterate. - Thu: It's in production. Real customers are using it. You watch the data come in. - Fri: You either ship the next iteration, or you're already looking at the next problem worth solving. Across the whole week: maybe 1–2 hours of meetings. Mostly async. You decide your own focus blocks. No standups, no sprints, no PM in the loop, no designer to wait for. Qualifications - Public proof of building. - Real software you've shipped — repos, side projects, products with users. - AI in production — not demos, something real, with users. - Fluency with agentic coding — Claude Code, Codex, MCP, custom harnesses. - Design taste — ability to take an idea to a working interface using AI design tools. - Generalist instincts — TypeScript / React on the front, comfortable with backend integrations and infra. - Clear written thinking — READMEs, PRs, post-mortems. What you can expect in the recruitment process - Call with our recruiting team to get to know us better. - Build Session - We work on a real problem together. You set the pace and the scope. Paid fairly. - Share a brief presentation with the team. - Final Step: Join the team! Benefits - Opportunity to be a part of building Revieve’s growth and path towards a category-defining company. - Network of supportive colleagues around the globe. - Flexible working hours. - A company-performance-based Option plan. - Personal budget for equipment. - Full-time role, with an opportunity to work remotely. - Competitive salary. - Paid vacation (five weeks/year). - Paid parental leave. Joining us, you'll be part of a fast-paced environment where we get stuff done but appreciate each other as whole humans with a life outside the office as well. Intrigued? We look forward to hearing from you!
