Head of Investor Relations

Role Description This role is a high impact, individual contributor position designed for a strategic catalyst who thrives at the intersection of finance, technology, and storytelling. You will be the face of the company to the global investment community, responsible for articulating our value proposition and brand. This position will be remote/WAH and can be performed anywhere in the United States. - Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of all IR activities. - Function as the primary point of contact for buy and sell side analysts as well as institutional investors. - Work with marketing to develop and drive strategic communications that accurately reflect the company’s performance and strategy. Qualifications - Minimum 3 years’ experience as Head of Investor Relations. - Experience in a global, publicly traded company at the F500 level. - Extensive experience navigating global capital markets. - High proficiency in AI trends and their application within BPO, Tech Services or similar sectors. - Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field required, MBA or CFA preferred. Requirements - Proactively build and manage relationships with key equity analysts and institutional investors. - Lead the preparation for quarterly earnings calls, including scripts, presentations and Q&A prep for the CFO and CEO. - Monitor industry trends, competitor actions, and market sentiment. Provide actionable insights to the executive leadership team regarding our valuation and perception. - Synthesize the Business Process Outsourcing landscape and Automation technology to position as an industry disruptor. - Organize and lead investor roadshows, analyst days and annual shareholder meetings. - Drive new high-impact engagements and thought leadership initiatives to elevate the company’s profile with the global investment community.
