• Shape and head the Developer Experience (DevEx) function as a first-class internal platform, defining its mission, scope and operating model • Build a strong, inclusive team culture with sustainable delivery practices and clear ways of working • Enable engineering teams to ship faster and more reliably by improving developer workflows, tooling and standards • Drive adoption and evolution of a unified Design System across engineering and design, ensuring consistency and scalability • Translate company and engineering strategy into a clear, outcome-driven DevEx roadmap • Building strong partnerships with Product, Design, Security and other Platform teams to maximize impact across the organization
Job Requirements
- You have led and grown engineering teams
- You bring strong people leadership experience and enjoy coaching, developing and growing engineers
- You bring a technical background and can confidently set technical direction
- You think in platforms and products, treating developers as your customers
- You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You’re comfortable leading teams through ambiguity, turning strategy into execution and measurable outcomes
- Familiarity with modern software engineering ecosystems (backend and/or frontend), e.g. Node.js, React, containerized applications
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or similar
- Familiarity with developer workflows and tooling, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and GitHub-based workflows
- Familiarity with emerging AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, GitHub Copilot, workflow automation, developer agents)
