• Own the preparation and review of all portfolio month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close deliverables, including statement of cash flows, dividend declarations, earnout/holdback calculations and payments • Own the treasury function — including monthly cash requirements reporting, banking administration, debt, and contingent consideration reconciliation — maintaining accurate portfolio-level cash visibility at all times • Actively identify and implement AI-assisted automation opportunities within the controllership and treasury function, reducing manual processing time and increasing capacity for higher-value analytical work • Lead the intercompany reconciliation and recharges process across all entities, ensuring balances are accurately allocated and resolved • Maintain and enforce the portfolio’s internal controls framework and Risk Control Matrix; coordinate the internal and external audit processes • Maintain Employee Authorisations and Approval Matrices across the portfolio; ensure banking administration is current and all signatories are correctly maintained • Coordinate tax compliance obligations where required, specifically transfer pricing arrangements; consult with external advisors as required • Support acquisition integration from a technical accounting perspective — including step plan adherence, revenue recognition checklists, PPA model review • Build and maintain effective working relationships with entity finance leads; provide technical accounting guidance and policy clarification without creating dependency or interfering with entity autonomy
Job Requirements
- CPA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification is required
- Advanced Excel skills; demonstrated experience using AI tools (Claude, Copilot, or equivalent) to automate finance workflows; Python or Power Query experience is a strong advantage
- Deep IFRS technical knowledge — specifically IFRS 15 (revenue recognition), IFRS 16 (leases), and IFRS 3 (business combinations / PPA); consolidation accounting experience is essential
- Hands-on experience with OneStream and Great Plains is preferred
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- High integrity and personal ethics due to sensitive issues and information this role entails
- Desire to improve processes and systems rather than just keep the status quo
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working with cross-functional and international teams
- Well organized, detail oriented and able to work variable hours when required

Role Description The Maintenance Controller is responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance operation of the airline’s fleet. This role provides real-time technical oversight and direction to maintenance personnel, monitors aircraft status, and coordinates maintenance support to minimize operational disruptions while ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities - Provide clear information affecting maintenance status, action plans, return to service estimates, and other technical information as required to Contour Flight Operations, Management and Maintenance Department personnel. - Communicate directly with flight crew members when operational discrepancies are discovered, and obtain all necessary information needed by technicians to perform prompt and effective repairs. - Utilize maintenance tracking computer systems and accomplish the planning, scheduling, and logistics to complete all scheduled maintenance activities within the requirements of the aircraft inspection programs. - Update Computerized Maintenance Tracking Program with verified compliance information using audited return to service documentation. - Update Flight Operations Software (FOS) in real time, indicating aircraft fleet maintenance status. - Responsible for ensuring that mechanical delays are handled in a safe and expeditious manner and in accordance with the General Maintenance Manual (GMM). - Coordinate with Flight Operations, Maintenance and Purchasing, as required, to expedite aircraft return to service. - Control and track all deferred maintenance items (DMI). - Ensure all parts needed to clear DMIs are ordered per procedures. - Authorize deferred maintenance items (DMI), (MEL, CDL, and MCI). - Ensure all deferrals are accomplished in accordance with company manuals and FARs. - Responsible for completing and distributing all applicable forms and documents in accordance with procedures set forth in company General Maintenance Manual. - Provide tracking of parts and equipment while they are in transit to an aircraft on ground (AOG) aircraft. - Provide point of contact and control for maintenance performed on Company aircraft away from main maintenance base by company personnel or contract maintenance. - Monitor and schedule short term inspections and Airworthiness Directives (AD). (Short term is defined as seven (7) days or less and/or 100 Flight Hours or less.) - Obtain required approvals and completion of Ferry Flight Authorization Forms. - Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance performed on company aircraft. - Other duties as assigned by the leadership. Qualifications - Must be at least 23 years of age. - Airframe and Powerplant license required. - Completion of formal aircraft maintenance training for large turbine powered airplanes. - Minimum of seven (7) years of experience as an aircraft mechanic and/or inspector for large, multi-engine jet aircraft. - Minimum of five (5) years of maintenance experience on the Bombardier Canadair Regional Jet 200 fleet type, the Embraer 135 ER/LR, the Embraer 145 LR, or the Embraer Legacy 600. - Experience in airline day-to-day maintenance operations preferred. - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent working knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and methods. - Understands OEM technical data manuals, and how to quickly obtain needed information and procedures. - Must have experience and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, inventory software, and tracking systems. - Able to pass a required 10-year work history review and submit to criminal background and fingerprint checks. - Must pass a DOT required pre-employment drug screen and willing to submit to and pass FAA and Company mandated random drug and alcohol tests. - Authorized by law to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States. - Must have a valid driver license and a good driving record. - Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset. - Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills. - Must have well-developed people skills and the ability to work with a variety of personalities. - Able to handle interruptions and a fast-paced environment. - Maintain strong attention to detail. - Be self-motivated and able to motivate others. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. - Ability to understand complicated logistical information. - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal delivered with tact and professionalism. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. - Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulations. - Must have reliable internet access.
