System Implementation Specialist

• Schedule and perform system installations, add-ons, and site surveys based on customer requirements and technical specifications. • Verify that all systems meet Mindray’s performance and quality standards through comprehensive testing. • Provide advanced on-site support for complex or escalated service issues beyond the capabilities of local service representatives. • Deliver after-hours phone support to assist customers, service representatives, and clinical staff with technical issues—offering timely solutions to minimize downtime. • Coordinate and perform system updates and upgrades as required. • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for all service and installation activities in accordance with Mindray’s Quality System and Administrative policies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Service Management, Technical Support, and Clinical Education—to ensure project milestones and customer needs are met.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree (minimum) or equivalent in electronics, instrumentation, or computer technology
  • Experience with telemetry or RF systems (minimum one year preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and IT networking concepts
  • Strong technical skills in system design, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of monitoring systems
  • Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking abilities
  • Customer-focused, independent, and solutions-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Role Description As a seasonal Forms Development Specialist, you will play a key role in reproducing substitute tax forms across multiple tax systems. Your responsibilities will include developing and formatting these forms to ensure they comply with the guidelines and requirements established by relevant government agencies. You will also support the Regulatory team by updating and preparing tax forms for integration into tax software.
