SpringWorks Therapeutics
• Lead sales at the territory level and serve as the primary liaison between customers and SpringWorks Therapeutics. • Deliver on revenue goals by executing brand objectives through communication of approved clinical information and rigorous account planning. • Promote rare disease product(s) along with implementing programs in accordance with the company and industry guidelines. • Build relationships with key HCP’s, physician practices, and hospitals/clinics. • Adapt to succeed in a constantly evolving healthcare landscape. • Participate in ongoing training and development, including product knowledge and sales competencies. • Support local/area KOL’s and perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Advanced degree preferred)
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience required
- 5+ years proven Rare Disease sales experience in the pharmaceutical/ healthcare industry with demonstration of successful results
- Oncology experience
- Experience selling in a competitive market
- Experience with virtual selling and track record of embracing technology
- In-depth understanding of the Oncology landscape and market dynamics is highly desirable
- Strong expertise in reimbursement and managed care knowledge
- Possesses high integrity and exceptional work ethic
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote hybrid work environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally including overnight stay driven by business need.

Role Description The Regional Property Manager reports to the EVP of Property Management and VP of Property Management. - Responsible for the overall performance of your assigned portfolio. - Ensures on-site staff at each location are properly managing their property and maximizing financial returns in accordance with the owner’s objectives. - Provides leadership, guidance, and training to property staff. - Manages the performance of Property Managers and resolves personnel issues at the site level when necessary. - Ensures assigned properties are properly staffed. - Develops marketing plans to achieve and sustain occupancy goals. - Ensures portfolio compliance with company policies and procedures. - Ensures team performance of responsibilities on a timely basis. - Makes regular site visits to all locations to provide Property Managers with recommendations and observations to improve the property. - Recommends expenditures within budget allocations. - Ensures that properties operate in an efficient, cost-effective manner. - Reviews monthly financial statements and provides written variance reports on the budgets. - Procures comparative bids for all needed capital work. - Ensures that only approved leases are used to maintain compliance with applicable state or federal guidelines. - Makes decisions that are uniform to avoid discrimination among residents, prospective residents, and employees. - Helps resolve resident issues when Property Staff are unable to. - Updates or provides written documentation on operations pertinent to specific properties as necessary. - Reports all property incidents involving damage, injury, or criminal activity per company’s incident reporting policy. - Complies with all Fair Housing laws, practices, and regulations. - Assists EVP and VP of Property Management with special projects. - Any additional duties as assigned. Qualifications - Experience in property management is required. - Good knowledge of property management including finance, leasing, legal, marketing, construction, and tenant relations. - Personnel management experience, preferably managing employees remotely. - Computer literacy is required. - Good oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
