Senior HR Business Partner

• Primary HR Business Partner and first point of contact for Go To Market Executives, Heads of Department, and Managers providing clear guidance and informed recommendations on all areas of HR • Lead on the creation of the annual Revenue and Marketing Divisional People Plan - aligned to Divisional business priorities • Act as a trusted advisor, coach and thought partner to C-Suite members, shaping and executing people initiatives that enable organizational performance and drive strategic business results • Lead the delivery and continuous adoption of cyclical HR products into the Divisions —including performance management, goal setting, feedback, promotions, spot bonus, compensation etc • Monitor, track and report on key Divisional workforce data and provide insights to Divisional Leadership Team to enable data driven decision making • Work with the GTM Divisional Leadership Team to drive division wide engagement action planning, reporting & communications • Champion the effective adoption of HR policies and practices across GTM Divisions • Coaching of people managers in GTM Divisions on tactical people issues such as probation review, performance issues, absence management, engagement and motivation, employee relations, conduct etc • Act as Senior Business Partner Representative on CoE new and existing initiatives and deliverables • Lead global HR projects or initiatives that have impacts across the whole company • Coach and mentor junior members of the People Experience Team • Partner with People Operations to ensure the smooth execution of HR Operations including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, merit, promotion and other operational processes within GTM • Be the Geographic people lead and advisor for defined region - USA/UK

Job Requirements

  • 7-8 years HR generalist experience (preferably in a SaaS/Tech or scale up environment) and at least 3-4 year supporting GTM Functions
  • Experience of working across multiple countries, cultures and legal jurisdictions (USA, Europe and APAC)
  • Strong business acumen, understanding key business drivers and what people initiatives will drive great business outcomes in the assigned Division(s)
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders (C Suite) through data, insights, expertise and the consistent delivery of HR solutions that have clear business impacts
  • Strong experience partnering with Executive level leaders - acting as trusted advisor, coach and HR partner, being an integral part of the Divisional Leadership Team
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring junior HR Team members
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills at the highest level (C-Suite)
  • Strong collaboration skills working as one with other areas of the People Team
  • Demonstrated experience managing the people side of change and transformation initiatives from inception to implementation, tracking impacts and getting results
  • Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and tactical delivery, context switching to meet changing requirements
  • Strong understanding of core HR operations, policies, governance as well as working knowledge of labour law across multiple jurisdictions (e.g US, Europe etc)
  • Ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-moving, scale-up environment
  • Demonstrates AI literacy, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and quality of work while applying sound judgment and critical thinking
